Don't know how this will go, but Sorrell track record WPP his shell 20 years ago.
Gain around 5000% in 20 years.

So...ALL existing shareholders of DERR will end up with 1% collectively of the new entity.

For your entire 1% to be worth £1m - then the market cap. would be £100,000,000.

So for any one of you to end up a millionaire you will need to buy some serious amount of shares
