I can't find that in the prospectus. Only date I can find is the 28th Sep which is the date S4 shares will list.

Shares in the hitherto very obscure Knutsford Group soared from the 9.25p at which they were suspended on Monday to 252.5p after their relisting yesterday on the Alternative Investment Market.The excitement was generated by its reverse takeover of Maybeat, a company set up by four high-profile entrepreneurs including Asda chairman Archie Norman.It is issuing 275 million new shares at 2p to Maybeat which will result in the private company owning 90% of the enlarged equity and so has a public listing with little hassle involved.The rise mid-morning in the shares of 2730% could well be the greatest-ever proportional increase in a stock price on a single day - albeit the shares did then retreat to close at 150p.

It's re-listing tomorrow.
Let's not forget that the equivalent of 2.5billion shares will come to market on 28th...so a 100p share price would value the £300m acquisition at £2.75b!
I'm not saying this won't be a great investment I'm merely pointing out that a short term target of 100-200p which is being touted here is completely ridiculous.
That said, and I repeat, I hope I'm wrong :-)
