The share dilution from a couple of money raising schemes to buy a greater % of the ownership of the nearly completed Cashew nut factory & raise cheaper working capital seems to have caused a pause for breath in the price movement. However, once the large rise in profit from the record current palm oil prices is kmown and the beginning of the cashew nuts processing begins in the late Spring then I think you will seee this one fly. Lincoln Moore has indicated a share price of 12p should be possible. That may be a bit optimistic but 8 to 9 p could easily be hit imo

Does anybody have a status update on containers #3 and 4 of the cashew milling equipment? Are we assuming they've arrived on site?

They're keeping this third commodity very secret. Having taken a quick look at the national agri profile I think it could be cotton which is on the up in C-d-I.

Good to see DKL featured on Friday night in Mark Watson-Williams' small cap round-up on Master Investor:

"Dekel Agri-Vision (LON:DKL) – getting hotter on the nuts

Now with 70.7% of the Tiebissou Cashew Nut Processing Plant under its belt, the West African focused agriculture company is expecting the project to swiftly become the second major producing asset for the group.

Its palm oil operations obviously being the main earner – however the cashew nut side helps to grow the group into a multi-project, multi-commodity outfit.

Brokers to the company Arden Partners upgraded their share price goal for the group this week to 9p, which offers a big upside on the 4.95p at which they closed last night."

I think this is being held back by the Primary Bid offer last week. Some PIs were probably expecting a rise into the Jan update and a kick on thereafter. It didn't happen so the short termers are bailing out.

Arden have now raised their target price to 9p - and that's because of yesterday's increase in the cashew production stake without reflecting anything for increased production or higher CPO prices.

They've issued two notes today! One is an update on that cashew action, raising the target price, and the other reflects today's excellent production news - but retains their current very conservative numbers.

Arden state that current CPO prices are over 30% more than are factored in to their model. So there should at some stage be a very large increase in their numbers assuming things stay as they are or anywhere close.

An excellent January production update today. It looks like this really could be a bumper high season for production as well as for pricing, which would be the dream ticket:

"Dekel Agri-Vision Plc, the West African focused agriculture company, is pleased to report that the recent trend of double-digit increases in monthly crude palm oil ('CPO') production, sales and prices at its 100%-owned Ayenouan project in Côte d'Ivoire ('Ayenouan' or the 'Project') continued in January 2021. With production up 52% to 3,269 tonnes, sales up 20% to 2,538 tonnes and realised prices up 28% to EUR796 per tonne compared to January 2020, it has been an excellent start to the new year."

And PKO and PKC production also looks good, with DKL cleverly holding back some sales to maximise revenues.

Indeed. We can now be sure that there will be very high CPO prices for the high season really through to the end of April, and probably for the rest of the high season too unless there's a precipitate drop in prices which is highly unlikely.

It's now just up to DKL to ensure a decent production season and we should be off to the races - with cashews coming up nicely on the rails too.
