02/12/2004 13:10 | IMHO this always moves on a few trades - this time in the right direction. OFWAT announcement will help though. Cheers 1-4 | one for the money
02/12/2004 11:12 | Shortage of stock? Up on little trade after OFWAT. z | zeppo
02/11/2004 22:48 | Interims due at end of this month OFWAT statement 2nd December - after the Interims My broker thinks that water stocks are having a good run not just because of South Staffs, but because they are undervalued. I am staying with this, East Surrey. and United Utilities z | zeppo
02/11/2004 09:29 | Praipus Thank you for the tip! z | zeppo
01/11/2004 22:15 | Zeppo - when your looking to put your profits in to something take a look at ECWC Ecofin Capital shares (Investment Trust aimed at water and power PLCs) NAV of £1.85 share price of 89-93p massive holdings in BTW, NWG, ESH and AWG all enjoying the arabian sun light from SSW takeover at premium to RAV. | praipus

29/10/2004 13:40 | Thankyou for the positive estimate Linhur! Well done on your switch! z | zeppo
29/10/2004 13:34 | Good job I put all my S Staffs money into DVW last week before the current rise.If it does receive an offer I would expect it to be at least £10 per share as the Regulated asset value is £45mill and the present market cap is £30mill. | linhur
28/10/2004 12:58 | Yup. Looking good today Cheers 1-4 | one for the money

27/10/2004 16:43 | Now the smallest independent water provider? After South Staffs went this week it is only a matter of time for this one, I believe. Meawhile enjoy the divi! ! | zeppo
21/8/2004 19:31 | Z - IIRC, it means "if I recall correctly" ! Currently consuming their product; slightly diluted. | scribbler101
19/8/2004 22:03 | Scribbler Please translate IIRC z | zeppo
18/8/2004 00:05 | ZEPPO - IIRC they are already astonishingly profitable! | scribbler101
17/8/2004 21:55 | Scribbler101 Sorry to be so late responding. Thought I was ploughing a lone furrow and failed to look for some time. Still drifting a little after the beastly OFWAT regulator made them lower their water prices slightly rather than raise them by a mere £5 over the five year review period. Still holding for the income after buying at about £5.45 or so. z | zeppo
01/7/2004 00:48 | As there seems to be no-one else here, I have checked and we have indeed gone ex- of 29.5p IS THERE any one there? | scribbler101
01/7/2004 00:44 | Has it gone ex- today? Seem to be down 30p! | scribbler101
12/5/2004 14:45 | See RNS 7th May 2004 Submission of business plan to OFWAT DVW's submission must embarrass the bigger water companies. Expected total rise in water rate over five year period £4.26: from £101.11 to £105.37 over the five years. If you want a safe income with gradual growth? z | zeppo
01/12/2003 15:18 | Interims due out tomorrow! | zeppo
09/11/2003 14:57 | Any DVW researchers out there , or am I treading water on my own? | zeppo
09/11/2003 12:44 | Is Dee Valley simply a good yeild - or is it a takeover target? Any ideas? Interims due soon. z | zeppo
27/9/2001 10:12 | Sorry DWV not DVW | big vern
27/9/2001 09:33 | Don't know what they do, but I'm short. How short are you "BIG" Vern? And what are you short of? A few sandwiches? This EPIC is for Dee Valley Water, Derwent, who are a Property Co. are DWV. | the wah
27/9/2001 09:04 | Graph looks very poor with a very strong down trend. Don't know what they do but I'm short. DYOR BV | big vern
08/8/2001 23:48 | Been looking at this for a couple of days as a possible replacement for another in my income section, yield looks good, good divi cover and near to lows, sector average nearer 6% yield rather than 7.2%, OK not going to explode and market cap is fairly small but a steady old performer. Any skeletons in the closet anyones aware of ? | rocking elmo |
