As for your other comments on Debenhams I don't hate the store I just think its too dated. I happen to like the Department store format but the company is in a bad way.


Shows how bad the company is when Mike Ashley pays near £100 million for the Glasgow freehold of HOF its near the entire market cap of Debenhams lock stock and barrel.

However that lock stock and barrel means taking on £500 millions of bank loans and bonds and then billions of leases.

This dog has had its day the market decided. Its going to zero quicker now than most thought.

Penny a week share price down each week and it will be zero before Christmas Day.

Look at what the market is saying, that is all you need to know.

The share price is in terminal decline due to crash to 0 by the end of November.

Only a complete restructuring and change of strategy using a successfully executed CVA can save it.

Monday is going to be carnage.

Anyone wanting a more measured discussion forum should take a look at the LSE sharechat for DEB.Better balance of those who believe Buchers statement that DEB is doing Ok and those who believe this is on its way to zero.

Just to let you know I am not prepared to bake a cake promoting robot's marrying one another, its not got anything to do with discrimination but its against my beliefs.
