oh Betty Now that was a bad day at the office ,none the less this was a slight unforeseen dip , there is not any worries from me as the share price will defiantly make upturns .
On the + side anyone that purchased again today ,including myself will benefit when the share price rises shortly .

Well, it's heading for 20p, not much to stop it unless they issue an RNS saying something positive, My guess is that along with other retailers, the return of the cold weather has obliterated trade.

i remember many years ago the lady on the shop till getting me to sign up to a store/credit card saying its absolutely free not mention of any charges.. but when i got a statement to my surprise i was billed interest in advance! not very happy. i think staff there must be getting a bonus for signing people up. but as i say this was many years ago. haven't shopped there in years.

It's the little canary in the coalmine things you need to keep an eye out for.

In November last year, they were offering £40 to sign up for a Debenhams Credit Card via Quidco. Which is way above the rest and struck me as desperate back then.

Now many people (including myself) are having this reward declined by Quidco even though all the card terms were met. I for one will be canceling the card and never shopping with Debenhams again. Keep an eye on the reviews as many signups from Nov will sync with the declines appearing now (you can view more reviews if you are a member).

I know the card is operated by NewDay, but I strongly suspect that Debenhams put up the bulk of the reward, which for some reason is now not being paid out to quite a few.

Going for an eye test this afternoon just in case I cant see the share price facts on Hargreaves Lansdown end of day closing charts for Debs .I dont want to mislead shareholders or potential investors from backing Debs .
Debs are going places now its up and up we go with the share price Anyone not in will regret it
