Ta; so not the same person? I made a very similar trade once (not in size!) when moving between Dealing a/c and spreadbet a/c, with the decimal extra being the broker's cut.

It's two different trades, and was booked out by Panmure, but went via an Inter-Dealer Broker (IDB)

It would be nice if the company could expand on the potential for Kilada. I was unimpressed by the price for Amanzoe, but at least it was at a premium to book, and everything we sell at close to book further supports the NAV.

Three main assets left then. I'm comfortable with One & Only Kea, as I think they will have little problem in selling that. I would have thought they should be able to sell Aristo, given the improvement in the economy. Kilada now carries some development risk, but I'm encouraged by the significant uplift in value they expect to achieve.

All-in-all, I am a little more confident of achieving in excess of 10p...eventually.

Finally something interesting!

"The Disposal consideration reflects an enterprise value of EUR116 million for Amanzoe, representing a premium of 8% to DCI's gross asset carrying value as at 31 December 2017 and will result in a surplus over carrying value on sale of EUR9 million"

The disposal proceeds don't look like much but the assumption of the debt is significant, and the Kilada stuff - are we finally getting somewhere?
