25/7/2017 13:33 | Hopefully they do know something; I've just picked up another bar. | tiltonboy
21/7/2017 14:42 | Had a quick look at their website. Hope they are as good as they allude to! Might have a few more. | tiltonboy
21/7/2017 14:34 | Oceanwood Opportunities Master Fund - know nothing about them. | spectoacc
20/7/2017 15:38 | smth going on here at base - volume | luckymouse
20/7/2017 15:25 | Good spot; lol, it barely fits on my trades page, 181,000,000. | spectoacc
20/7/2017 15:06 | Looks like Third Point have sold their holding. A mark 181.14m shares at 5.5p. Interesting to see who picked them up. | tiltonboy
17/7/2017 08:38 | Specto, Given they have a mandate to sell properties, and are being incentivised to sell them at up to 50% of book value, it makes you wonder why they can't get rid of stuff. I recently added at 6.1p, but would now be happy to cut the lot at 10p. | tiltonboy
17/7/2017 08:04 | Getting generally fed up with DCI - a lack of news, a lack of action, disinclined to dump it but doesn't feel low enough to add. | spectoacc
25/5/2017 14:18 | Hmm share price seems to be returning from whence it came. | spectoacc
04/5/2017 08:07 | Find it hard to sell at a third of NAV, when co is in wind-down, but making assumption kitchen-sinking has now occured. A few more write-downs like that would change my mind. | spectoacc
04/5/2017 08:04 | fair reflection at this current stage fraz....gla | qs99
04/5/2017 07:47 | They still haven't sold any properties in their key remaining area, there are no noteworthy deals in the offing, Aristo has fallen through, nothing came off the Sitia Bay MoU, they claim that some of the properties In Greece need further investment prior to sale and they burn cash at about 3m per month, and pay the IMs a fortune. Better to be one of them than an investor - I'm out. GLA | frazboy
04/5/2017 06:55 | so 2+ years as the back stop for sales to wait, but NAV materially higher than today, but with risk and no yield....I'm out for now, have made some money on the way up from the previous low last year, may revisit on new news is on watch list GLA.....have decided to put my proceeds in GRIT which is another NAV play but IMO with more short-term opportunity DYOR | qs99
04/5/2017 06:37 | The shambles continues! | tiltonboy
04/5/2017 06:31 | The writedowns are eye-watering, but the debt position is much improved, and you'd "hope" it's now all been kitchen sinked. They're not that negative on selling the rest: "...Whilst market conditions for disposals in our geographic areas of operation remain challenging, we are encouraged by the disposals to date." and "We are pleased with the successful disposal of our assets in the Carribean and Central America region. The momentum of the continuously improving performance of Amanzoe, if combined with a positive shift in the Greek political and economic environment, should allow for further asset sales." | spectoacc
04/5/2017 06:14 | Shocking results, no distribution and a warning about how challenging selling the rest is going to be. NAV now only 22p despite the currency gains, | my retirement fund
28/4/2017 14:16 | Indeed. The more I thought about that last announcement the less surprised I was. However... they should never have stated they were going to pay shareholders 50% of net proceeds, in the early days, in the first place - it makes sense to weight payments more towards the final wrap up, once debt has been eliminated. The failure to dish out the cash does not exactly instill confidence though - the implication has to be that they may need it. | frazboy
28/4/2017 13:41 | Gone very quiet here. No disposal news, and price drifting! | tiltonboy
14/3/2017 09:31 | Disappointing but perhaps not surprising at this stage. Anyone want to hazard a guess how long 25 million Euros of working capital will last them? | frazboy
14/3/2017 08:14 | Tiltonbiy might be right after all on this one. I'm surprised and disappointed there is no distribution. | brwo349
14/3/2017 07:34 | "Working capital" - how much do they need?? Though less bothered about that than about the lack of news on further disposals. | spectoacc
14/3/2017 07:05 | That's naughty from DCI...not paying out the cash from Pearl Island! | tiltonboy
02/3/2017 15:52 | 2016 was a corker for them. 2015 not so. And not so amazing in the previous few years given the market performance. I think I'll hold off doing anything here until a representative non-core property (e.g. Undeveloped) is sold or until we get a sale of amanzoe or kilda hills - judging by the slothful market reaction to the November announcement there may be an opportunity to trade in or out | frazboy
02/3/2017 15:28 | ...lol...BTEM have been selling. Have a look at their performance and tell me they don't know what they are doing! | tiltonboy |
