Tilton

Aristo represent significant value - it is a question re how to unlock what could be at least 5p/DCI if you look at the underlying asset value of Aristo.

Kilada should fetch more than 5p/DCI.

The legal battle will be a wash - 0 settlement is my best guess for this non-sense.

Other assets - questionmark, but not negative.

So 10p+ clearly achievable, should be 12p+ in my world.

This is certainly an excellent result, and if we could dare to believe that the "loans" to progress work at Kilada are capitalised into additional value then we can look forward to a sale at a good price.

I hear trading is good at Aristo....but can we get close to it's "book".

The elephant in the room...and there is always at least one is the litigation!

Had the old managers taken fees on the back of the share price, rather than an inflated NAV, there would be significant value still in DCI.

I understand the new board/managers believe that close/slightly above 10p is achievable, but....this is DCI afterall, and I would be delighted with 7/8p

Belief doesn't pay the bills. Will look forward to a DCI follower's view on the points above.

So there might be some back, or there might not, and if there is, who knows how much.

But positive overall, depending very much on what DCI's definition of working capital is, particularly with court cases ahead.

I've been in DCI too damned long. Many of these deep value plays aren't worth it even if they double, if you find yourself stuck in them for a decade.

No actual offer yet so no price level to give. But otherwise agreed.

DCI seems to be where money goes to die.

May have been tipped? The recent updates seemed positive but the share price didn't really budge

Some overdue good news after recent legal shenanigans:

"Payment of €1.5m in government grant to the Kilada Project

27 December 2023

The Board of DCI Advisors Ltd ("DCI" or the "Company") would like to inform shareholders that of the €6m Greek government grants the first tranche of €1.5m was approved and paid to our Kilada project.

The Kilada Country Club, Golf & Residences is our main asset. Finalising the 18-hole golf course plus the Country Club is therefore our highest priority and we believe that we should be able to reach that target during 2024.

While the application for the payment of the first €1.5 million of €6 million was expected to be approved in October we are delighted to have now received the approval of the first tranche of the Greek government grant. The remaining grants will be drawn down in stages dependent on further spending on developing the project concerned.

On the development side, construction of the centrepiece Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Kilada continues to progress. Currently 7 holes have been fully finalised, 3 holes are expected to be finalised in the next of couple of months and the remainder will be finalised during 2024."

DCI really is the triumph of hope over experience, but - a twitch?

DCP has ”managed”; DCI for more than ten years. Almost €1bn of Equity has been raised - and destroyed during this period!!! There are some good assets remaining and it should be possible to extract maybe 10p/share out of the remainders, so it is good the BOD is now preventing DCP to be a main beneficiary from this. It was about time, it appears. The amount of fees DCP has taken out from DCI over the years is absolutely flabbergasting.
