26/7/2020 19:39 | I feel better about it now so don't mind picking up a bargain but l was thinking about £2 drop or there about earlier tiger. 50p would be a Good result. | scaff55
26/7/2020 19:28 | Scaff We offered a promise at the time of booking. We built this company on trust. You can just change things to suit | castleford tiger
26/7/2020 19:26 | I also think whilst the rules imposed by our useless Government are wrong as a company we are leaving ourselves wide open to claims. I would of stopped everything and blamed the useless government . We will never recover till we stop making this daft rules based on flawed data. By all means stop Barcelona area but the south has very few cases. | castleford tiger
26/7/2020 19:24 | Spoken to people from the airline most holiday makers have booked well in advance so in most cases its go or lose your holiday money so they will keep flying to those Spanish Isle this will give them plenty of time for things to change again. Will definitely be buying on the dip. | scaff55
26/7/2020 19:12 | How about having a cv test done 48 before you travel. Not being cold stops you going. The government have got this wrong and I think management must be getting some noise from them. I am not happy that we are flying into an area deemed unsafe. Clearly FO advice negates some insurance policies. It’s a huge mess like leaving portugal off the list. Frankly gov are losing the plot. 40% down my retail business in the last 3 days because people are not happy wearing a mask. It’s just destroying retail. Travel is going the same way. I can see 50 p off tomorrow not much more Tiger | castleford tiger
26/7/2020 19:02 | glitter do you think they will relax really. They brought it in 24 hours ago. Summer is done anyway almost and it is now imho | senn1
26/7/2020 18:59 | Peo0ke who contemplate never mind booking are nuts imho THERE Is a world pandemic that's highly translatable sadly. The airlines get what they deserve for even trying to fly or anything else for that matter during this crises. Abroad is half empty, restrictions all round come on get real it's not a friggin holiday is it? Why bother when you can have it pulled in an instant because of an outbreak. Sorry no sympathy for tourists in this climate | senn1
26/7/2020 17:09 | Promise not to fly to places when you need to quarantine on return is fair enough, but to be telling people they have to quarantine from very low risk, Spanish islands is one terrible decision and should be changed and if not l hope the airlines and public carry-on, such a poor decision with such serious consequences for the aircraft industry. | scaff55
26/7/2020 15:14 | Only reviewing 4 places on mainland Spain, but won't save the share price??? looking on the bright side it will be great time to buy some cheap dtg, | scaff55
26/7/2020 14:47 | I see The top brass running j2 are still advising folks to turn up for the flight, but in the same breath say in light if the FCO advice they are in the process of reviewing!!! Wow Heapy brown and co must think the public are stupid stop treating them with contempt really!! | senn1
26/7/2020 14:25 | Yes & It's also 100 degrees in Texas & Florida. | 32campomar
26/7/2020 13:50 | So..... Hands up all those dimwits who, over the last four months or so have said that the virus will disappear in the warmer weather. Well, it's 36 degrees in Madrid today and the death toll is rising. | joe kingl
26/7/2020 12:58 | Jet2 has confirmed it will not be cancelling Spain holidays and flights. In a statement the tour operator said: "Following the latest government advice regarding travel to the UK from Spain, we are advising customers to arrive for their flights as normal as we are continuing to operate our scheduled programme to and from Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. "We are still operating flights and holidays to four destinations in Mainland Spain (Costa de Almeria, Alicante, Malaga and Murcia), which are open and are located away from areas which have been impacted by increased cases of Covid-19. "In light of the updated advice from the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), we are in the process of reviewing options for customers due to travel to these four destinations. | hardm
26/7/2020 11:33 | Massive down trend coming.700p never to be seen again.Very strong sell all the way to 100p or less. | sux_2bu
26/7/2020 11:15 | The cases have gone up a lot in Spain over 2k a day from 300 odd 2 weeks ago. It's the correct thing to do public health comes first. Anyone with a brain cannot complains because the virus still exists and the risks of lockdowns, flight quarantined ECT, the punter is belleaching now but you took the risk deal with it. Problem now is nobody will book at all for the rest of the little bit of summer left abroad. | senn1
26/7/2020 10:49 | I would expect today's flights are near on full still. With no real notice, and the flights still scheduled, people cannot cancel and get their money back. Let's hope the Govt sees sense, and creates regional air-bridges, as the infection rates are not high across all of Spain, just certain areas. This would then hopefully apply to the Islands too. If we can do this in Leicester, the Govt should apply the same rules to other Countries too. From a shareholder perspective, I'm pleased Jet2 are still flying to Spain, as the costs and chaos to cancel would be enormous. I think it's the right decision to allow people to decide whether to travel or not. Tui may regret their decision to cancel everything immediately. | hardm
26/7/2020 10:22 | I don’t think we will fund raise We had enough to get us to April. We need a serious look at what we can do. Must be a nightmare. Have today’s flights gone empty? Tiger | castleford tiger
26/7/2020 09:55 | If he would would listen to Sturgeon he might have bought more shares when she lifted quarantine when the virus was on the rise, some sold when they seen it as the share price showed on Friday, tempted to LOL but l feel for the people who hold more than a couple of shares, Thousands of job's millions of pounds lost but Sturgeon can't help herself sending tweets to announce it First, fool supported by fools | scaff55
26/7/2020 09:48 | Sux, you are a pathetic bottom feeding idiot | smithy1111
26/7/2020 09:10 | All countries should stop this nonsence now get this totaly under controle for next year start afresh. Problem here is j2 will not canx imho but folks take the hit short term flights will go out empty to bring back those out there , once there back and bookings have tailed off then they will pull the outbounds. But then people who were thinking about any bookings for Sept Oct will now forget it false economy somewhat here. Next fund raise 325 | senn1
26/7/2020 08:59 | Why are you looking to sell on Monday? Surely you should be looking to buy. | stevie wunderbar
26/7/2020 00:51 | Sux basically doesn’t listen. I told him to listen to Sturgeon. But all he has is hate. If we’d all listened to her we wouldn’t be looking to sell on Monday. We’d have sold when she refused to lift quarantine. Hopefully a lesson learned for many apart from sux, the sad little bitter man. England have a damn cheek quarantining anybody though!! 😳 | scottish007 |
