Now after such a shake up.. People like me who think it's cheap now hesitate as don't want to catch a falling knife if we are wrong.. So best sit tight.. Shame I loaded up with 30k shares at 8.65 9.08 9.16 I think be great buying now.. Oh well

I think it was knocked down intentionally for all those sellers there where buyers..and someone has been accumulating. Thinly held so now let's see where it goes.. Im not one of these bitter fellas but there are hidden hands out there on occasions .. Or I'm totally wrong.. I disposed of a hundred k once around the 1.50 mark.. Paid a mm some fees and he got great prices for me.. So it is done.. I'm no expert on the way markets work just a hunch that's all

Funny - apparently the latest two posts come from the same character it seems. Just flashed twice (nickname change of the same post for a good few minutes) this afternoon on my screen.

I don’t really care but it’s really sad for someone using multiple nicknames - never seen it before on these boards.

Safe to say wanger is another nickaname of the same loser thinking she can talk markets up - and while she's at it why stop at three nicknames?

Implication: DTG exposure must be huge in the portfolio and if DTG slips ... oh my!

On a serious note again - we all experience what you have just described. Part and parcel of the business. Important thing is to stick with whatever methodology you feel comfortable with and have the patience to apply that consistently over time. Trust me - I fully understand what you are saying as my own pension fund is obviously long only and invested with a long term approach in mind. Good luck.

Lol Donkey Tong, you werent very lucky when you zeroed your account in Velocys. That still must sting. If like me you bought a very long time ago for a much lower price then you can afford to take the long term view. I guess after all the faliures you are desperate to make an extra £300. Well done, might help you afford some more monster munch to eat alone in your bedsit.

Seriously - I do not think this would close in the red today. From last Thursday there has been about -13% move intraday. It's quite a range expansion for a 5-day window

I do tend to agree that technical analysis is that important with dtg being thinly traded.. But there is no doubt that the past week its broken down.. I would tend to use fundamentals now and be long rather than short.. But it worked for you this time.. At my expense got quite a few positions underwater now.
