14/8/2019 11:40 | wanger keeps getting smashed by the benchmark. her imaginary "have made multiples on original investment" (only heavens know how as her supposed entry price is 400p and for her to have her first one, she would need >800p) has taken a turn for the worse. As wanger loves Wikipedia on accounting terms, here's a new one for her: the above is "mark to market" analysis. | tongosti
13/8/2019 14:35 | You've outsmarted wanger getting beaten from the benchmark. Well done sport | tongosti
13/8/2019 14:26 | 2013 at 250p | 11023154
13/8/2019 12:51 | Btw, what's your average on the way down now? | tongosti
13/8/2019 12:38 | As for your second question the share price 500 in GBP has still not been defeated on an exact three year rolling window either. Go check the numbers. Sorry:) Sure - when you have no answer on why the market has neglected the company for three years (again cash in bank has been better), it is imperfect (maybe you are missing something else but hey that’s not my job as different beliefs create money making opportunities). When in your favour, then it is perfect. A bit funny wouldn't you agree | tongosti
13/8/2019 12:35 | Start of tax year three years back? | tongosti
13/8/2019 12:24 | Start date chosen for any reason? How does it work taking today’s date 3 years ago? I am happy to hold my shares knowing that the market is imperfect and is not giving fair value to DTG at the moment. That will change Tiger | castleford tiger
13/8/2019 12:24 | For someone who only apparent talent is reading share charts, you can clearly see post Brexit low was around 350p | wagnerlove
13/8/2019 12:08 | That was for anyone who got in post 2015 like wanger dear. When did you get in - let me guess June 2008? | tongosti
13/8/2019 12:05 | The 5 or 10 year figures to hand? | 11023154
13/8/2019 11:27 | sobering facts over the last 3+ years(long enough window in the real world): 5 April 2016 - 12 August 2019 DTG: +6.8% SP500: +39% SP500 in GBP: +90% (Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS ETF (GBP) | VUSA) for someone to match GBP's SPX performance they would need to have gotten in at 390p (not far off the imaginary number of the resident village idiot here). This also means, anyone who has invested in DTG post March 2015 can only hope to match (let alone "smashing" it which only a bozo can claim) the world's leading index which even a fool like gobble can do by buying the tracker. Facts hurt - unless you're a rookie accountant, you can't argue w numbers. P.S for all the sky high expectations build on this fan club, DTG has been a dog w fleas for 3yrs+ | tongosti
13/8/2019 10:59 | I think you are missing the point. Noone here cares about your silly trading. They want to talk about the company. If you are really so lonely that you need to self-validate all day find a therapist. You a lonely man trolling on the internet to get company. | wagnerlove
13/8/2019 10:41 | great thing about these boards is that most can make up anything (not many folks go live on both entry and exit except yours truly). they typically show up on a board after a 5 bagger or smth has alreadu taken place and start by "... haven't posted on here before but i have bought in ages back and am sitting on a large profit" here's another one: i bought amazon at the very low in 2008 and am laughing now. i wish it were true but thats integrity for you! | tongosti
13/8/2019 10:27 | Funny guy, I'm rattled? - I'm sitting on a large profit in this stock, and very happy to sit and wait out any volatility. As I said before, if it falls below 700p I am buying more. My cost basis is below 400p, and I hold a lot of cash. You on the other hand have repearedly humiliated yourself by blowing up. Velocys anyone? | wagnerlove
13/8/2019 10:06 | wanger - have filtered you way back but i am so happy that you have got rattled. goes to show DTG's weak action has really shaken you. under your skin you muppet! my heart bleeds for you and for your shoe shining chum gobble! | tongosti
13/8/2019 10:03 | Tongo- it is on these threads. You were short Dart in the 400s when it jumped 25 per cent. You got incinerated. PS - my cost basis in this stock is below 400p, so I have smashed the index over 3 years you tragic muppet. | wagnerlove
13/8/2019 09:52 | Tongo blew up his account shorting Dart in the 400s. Its a matter of public record - all on these threads. The reason he stinks up this thread all day is he was so humilated the last time he became obsessed. Its very sad really. | wagnerlove
13/8/2019 09:45 | Read it again mate | 11023154
13/8/2019 09:40 | Yes tongos a fan of index funds. Give us the 5 year chart? Or the 10 year tongo? | 11023154
13/8/2019 09:34 | "mirepresented". of course i have. | tongosti
13/8/2019 09:33 | Youve mirepresented what I said tongo not sure how you’ve come to those conclusions. | 11023154
13/8/2019 09:31 | Here's some hard facts for the mentally lazy of the gobble &wanger variety who mask their inferior investments as get-rich-in-the-long Performance comparison from 5 April 2016 (start of the tax year more than three years back) to 12 August 2019: DTG: +6.8% SP500: +39% A spider etf has vastly outperformed DTG over the last three and a bit years (it doesn't matter what a few bozos say, this is long term!). How's this for getting rich slowly gobble? Moral: Wanger & Gobble had better handed over their copper coins to a cheap tracker over the last three years as they have FA to show for their "efforts" P.S. The thoughful ones should really ask themselves the hard question: how come even cash in the bank has beaten DTG over the last 40 months? Gobble & Wanger are def not the answer. | tongosti |
