03/10/2002 08:55 | Had AZN pencilled in for rise up to 2200-2250,dipped to 2076 this a.m.and gut says possibly another up 100p plus.Out of everything today.DNK down first thing.Watching-may continue to saw saw this week with trend remaining down. Good luck on adversaries who are short and long on ARM.Bit of 'armless fun .hazzard a guess at seeing rise 50p to 60p max. then down sub 40p?imho | lex1000
03/10/2002 07:26 | i sold before the w/e in 3 lots of 10k,15k and one of 20196 the last one has never should up although i have received a contract note via email as usual, funny that,do you think i need to speak to self trade my brokers | psychicdoc
03/10/2002 01:48 | psychicdoc, your purchase was adventurous leap of faith but sorry that you've taken a hit on these.Your 45k sell @ 33.5p has not shown up yet.If marked down tomorrow a.m wonder if mms may make it look like a buy with perhaps bid/offer of 31p/33.5p? Sub $2 was always on the cards imho. | matt1231
03/10/2002 00:40 | oak what do you think of thus great update just as well that i got a sackful of them at sub 6p,makes me feel better,i sold out on dnk at 33.5p,just under 10% loss but feel that $2 is not going to hold on the nas in the shortterm, where do you see the price going shortterm. reg jag | psychicdoc
02/10/2002 21:45 | sub $2 close doesnt bode well and again few buyers on the nas, really wonder if one day it may just slide down big time, hope not for all holders but i am out for the time being. | psychicdoc
02/10/2002 20:15 | cor what a blast on ARM today. 4 out of 5 times made some cash. (the 1 was at the end, decided not to hold overnight....may regret this, but with the states on the drop didn't want to carry the risk). We desperatly need some sale news here. Seems to be in the doldrums a bit. I Take it the results are due early Nov, with the hype starting in about 10days time? Any takers? | blockbuy
02/10/2002 18:36 | You are in profit already but I expected to cover in the range of 30p-40p. Hit 40p already then bounced. Jag, people tend to take quick profit even very little. More downgraded stock than upgraded ones. | oaklandsway
02/10/2002 16:46 | Well I FINALLY found some courage and GAMBLED on ARM at 41p....if I lose Oakyhead...I will come looking for ya...LOL | forfaiter

02/10/2002 15:19 | Okay boss......what else do ya trade so I can go and short the $ss ofF it...LOL | forfaiter
02/10/2002 14:51 | Just keep talking & bashing if you have no gut to trade .... LOL. | oaklandsway
02/10/2002 14:43 | ...Even Zedder ?......why is he normally gutless or something ?...LOL | forfaiter
02/10/2002 14:35 | Funnyhead, I made £££££ from ARM then stopped trading it on 26/09/02. In fact I shorted first morning today when it was still trade over 65p. Should cover in the range of 30-40p. ARM could go down to under 25p IMHO. You sound panic as you have not traded Danka yet... LOL. Even Zedder got a gut to pay 32.2p & now on profit...LOL again. Who are the real traders? I wont include you funnyhead. Yes you are just an ugky bargain hunter...LOL again & again. | oaklandsway
02/10/2002 14:24 | Ah Beesons...the only bit they have got right is the increased competition from direct selling by the vendors....LOL | forfaiter
02/10/2002 14:17 | have beeson issued another buy note today ? | phook inell
02/10/2002 13:59 | By the way ...your sounding a bit stressed...are you sure you didn´t get caught in ARM.....who would have guessed it eh ?....LOL | forfaiter
02/10/2002 13:55 | Oakyhead....if the price for europe was enough to cover all the debt and allowed the banks to escape unscathed...I am sure they would give the go ahead.....as you well know......UK isn´t so hot either by all accounts... As for YOUR analysis.....which has been way off the mark of late......is surely based on speculation...is it not ?....keep ramping big fella......LOL | forfaiter
02/10/2002 13:27 | oaks good point. I was thinking the same. Yesterday's news didnt include a warning regarding Q2 trading (Q2 ended 30 Sept....eg similar to what ARM has done, warning after their Q3 ended 30 Sept). So one can assume trading has been inline with expectations. | phook inell
02/10/2002 13:22 | Jag, what price do you expect for Thus to sell? Short term price for Danka will be pretty volatile (caused by market condition as general) but recent update on debt facility could turnaround the price trend. IMHO. We did not hear something negative came along with yesterday's news on finance so I am still pretty optimistic a big bounce (40-100%) prior Q2 earning announcement. IMHO. | oaklandsway
02/10/2002 13:11 | Re: THE NEW CREDIT FACILITY IS BETTER by: oaklandsway1 10/02/02 08:06 am Msg: 37596 of 37596 PGbonehead, the assets in Europe was used to secure the indebtedness under credit facility so NO INTENTION TO SELL (even not allowed to sell without banker's agreement). You make another speculation by saying Danka-Europe is struggling. It is declining because of economic downturn in Germany, etc. but NOT STRUGGLING. Danka soon will modernise their operation in Europe and Euro currency helps. Talking about bond payment, actually Danka did not struggle to pay last quarter for $16m. It paid smoothly using available cash (was around $50m). WHY YOU DID NOT GIVE FAIR FACT ON THIS??? The next bond to be paid is approximately $47.6 million of zero coupon senior subordinated notes due April 1, 2004 and approximately $64.5 million of 10% subordinated notes due April 1, 2008. Danka have cash available over $37m and can generate more in every quarter. So, paying $47.6m SHOLD NOT MAKE STRUGGLE like what you claimed over & over again. IMHO. | oaklandsway
02/10/2002 11:42 | most are predicting a fall in interest rates early 2003 | maxbubble
02/10/2002 11:14 | Yes I agree it is speculation.....my guess is that LL was hoping to sell europe to pay down the debt.....making the credit extension unnecessary....unfor | forfaiter
02/10/2002 11:06 | Why "There is no way this company would have met its financial obligations by 2004...."? That is a speculation. The assets in Europe worth more than $140m (balance of the credit facility last June but could have been reduced to $121m by now). You should put in your mind again that MANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE to sort it out especially after reporting $15m operating profit but Danka just want to make it opened. | oaklandsway
02/10/2002 11:03 | Well obviously they have more chance of being paid ...now that the credit facilty does not have to be paid in full by April 2004... | forfaiter |
