31/1/2002 17:45 | Totally agree forfaiter EGS could do with some DNK style management:-) Still motoring stateside, I think they were quicker in recognising how good the results really are DANKY Nasdaq-SCM $ 2.54 0.07 2.83% 613,900 | serious punter
31/1/2002 17:30 | A good set of results that confirm the stategy for turning this ship around is working. Revenue was up from 264m in Q2 to 277m in Q3. ebitda has increased by over 3m to 19m at 6.9% of revenue...sector average is over 10% so further cut backs could squeeze another 30/40m P/A out of the present revenue base. Both margins and sales productivity have increased and debt has been paid down by another 19m...... Very impressive especially for a company with a market cap of £100m..... IMHO | ![]() forfaiter
31/1/2002 17:21 | Pheewww!! Today was a nightmare, hope tomorrow is better. | smoketrader
31/1/2002 17:00 | redman2 Yes I'm sticking to it, but its IMO. If DANKY performs as it is now and continues (5c up at mo with 547k vol and Nas down) then DNK IMO will open at a premium tomorrow which could be further assisted with press coverage. Then its Nas time again :-) Did you notice the 100k T Buy - That's not blind faith | serious punter

31/1/2002 16:51 | Some dude in the states just posted this. -------------- $2.76 is the breakout.I think today is a tug of war between buyers and sellers taking profits. My guess is that it moves up next week. --------------- | nix100

31/1/2002 16:17 | redman2 - Don't be too hard on yourself. 99% of all investors sooner or later get caught out by being greedy at some occasion. | erdmanski
31/1/2002 16:08 | lex1000 Thanks. I was not looking for specific advise just trying to learn how to interpret Level2 data. Interesting that SSSB is the one at 47 - I thought they were the main mm for DNK. | webley
31/1/2002 16:08 | Well they're still up in US 1.21% | jayno
31/1/2002 16:07 | Erdmanski, I was driven by a combination of greed and stupidity. I would like to say that I have learnt my lesson but I would be lying! | ![]() redman2
31/1/2002 16:02 | Webley , Offer on 44p,however, 3mms increased offer to 45p.I'm guessing that mm SSSB will come out to play @ 47p IF share DNK continues to rise & does not fall back! No advice intended,to buy, sell or hold.dyor etc. | ![]() lex1000
31/1/2002 16:01 | Price holding. I think we're just waiting for America to make it's mind up. Unless there's some last minute buys here we've done everything we can. Results are good and we've stayed steady. What more do they want? | nix100
31/1/2002 15:52 | lex1000 - thanks for that. Am I to assume that the mm on 37/47 just doesn't want to play? | webley

31/1/2002 15:43 | taking off over the pond.........2.56 and rising | ![]() nmurrells
31/1/2002 15:42 | Steeltrader The spread on the comined brokers is even greater $2.35 - £2.60. Looks interestingly positive. The yanks have got to go through their own heart stopping period IMHO, then like us in the UK things will settle down and move forward. At the end of the day the results are very positive and show management driving things forward - this they promised to do and we are seeing action. | serious punter |
