31/1/2002 09:57 | no, the motto is to set stop losses | bristolbaz
31/1/2002 09:48 | it's by nix100 and says that the results will be out between 13:30 and 15:00 and expect return of 50% - 120% short term | bristolbaz

31/1/2002 09:46 | Whoever posted the note on the premium BB saying that DNK's results are out today - Can they please print/copy the gist of the message here! | ![]() poosticks
31/1/2002 09:28 | Lift and shift, I'm very new to Danka so I don't think I'm qualified to advise you. I'm in at 39p, but if the results are out today and as expected are good then I can't see why there wouldn't be further rises. | ![]() redman2
31/1/2002 09:25 | jayno copy web address of graph/pic then ecapsulate thus | serious punter
31/1/2002 09:18 | Serious Punter How do you manage to copy Investtech's graphs to this board? I have often wanted to do this, but can't seem to select their charts when I have tried. Jayno | jayno
31/1/2002 08:59 | bid 44p hmmm... If the results are in line with expectations can anyone see a further rise or has the price been hyped to this level. Without the ramping is it to late to come aboard, or to much of a gamble to come in at this stage? | ![]() lift and shift
31/1/2002 08:31 | Investtech.com Analyses Danka Business Systems PLC Buy candidate (30 Jan 2002) [Auto] Help Has risen 732% since the bottom on 27 Dec 2000 at 0.30. Has broken up through the ceiling of the rising trend channel, which signals an even stronger rising rate. The positive development, however, may give rise to short term corrections down from today's level. RSI is, however, overbought. The stock can still rise further, and we should see a decreasing RSI before this is used as a sell signal. High risk. | serious punter
31/1/2002 08:27 | nix100 great little website tip - thanks Jayno ps: I reckon news today at Nasdaq opening time, or last minute on Friday to shaft the shorters | jayno
31/1/2002 08:08 | nice little start. I'd never heard of the pennant formation until I clicked on the above link. Very interesting, I'm all for the predicted breakout | ![]() redman2
31/1/2002 07:56 | Similar pennant formation, indicating sharp rise, as seen 13th / 14th Jan. Very positive. | ![]() nix100
31/1/2002 00:57 | Here we go....... Next stop 60p IMO DYOR. | ![]() mooch
31/1/2002 00:57 | SP- good positive thinking that's good. If we look at the facts in the not to distant past Directors were buying into Danka (you don't normally do that if things are not going well). Also the recent rise must have been sparked of by something and Danka's response was that it was inline - therefore the underlying signs are good. | ![]() pistonbroke1
31/1/2002 00:45 | Just a thought. - If there was negative news afoot, why are the MMs paying a premium to the bid and why have the prices overall not dropped very far - despite sells. IMVHO, this is a cat and mouse game - if some 5ok buyers move in it will snowball, its just a matter of whether we in the UK kick the ball off or more probably the yanks. | serious punter
31/1/2002 00:29 | Is the announcement made available to all the market at the same time or do mms/institutions see it a little early? | webley
31/1/2002 00:17 | Piston, I echo your concern | ![]() redman2

30/1/2002 17:36 | Webley, sorry for delay just had some tea. It is the same principle as Level 2 Bid size is the no. of shares people are trying to buy, and ask size is the no.of shares people are offering to sell. Basically , if the bid size is larger than the offer then the momentum should be to move upwards( more buyers than sellers) Doesnt always work like that, but that is the principle. Hope this helps. | david2000
30/1/2002 17:24 | I agree SmokeTrader. Don't think my nerves can take much more of this battering, not to mention the fact that I'm battling to get work done instead of consulting the intraday.... | ![]() mooch |
