I learned to set strict profit/loss targets, and done so the hard way
unfortunately.

Work out your trading objectives, and keep to them unconditionally.
That way, you have better control over your performance even if it may
limit you to the really big jumps (or losses, don't forget that).

However, funds I truly can afford to throw away is another story.

THAT`landed three floors down out the closed window`. she told my sec she got the sack for sticking up for me; got her out at last with a big strop on;
she shouting up to say its bust,: GO HOME I SAY
up come a fella on a bike she steps back BANG both on the road she then lays in to him poor bu^ger it`s onley the looo cleaner

BACK TO THE PC hand on the button to sell price going up BL*ODY HECK look at it fly
now i have to keep cooool wid a flower or two
I KNOW I WILL TELL HER SHE SAVED ME FROM GOING OUT THE WINDOW

Hit my stop loss also - bailed out too then 30min later dived back in. Then got someone to slap me about the face for not sticking to my gut feelings and keeping my cool!!

It's been one hell of a day. Hopefully there will be no more of this afternoons comedy and instead we'll just have nice rises for a couple of weeks.
