21/2/2017 12:00 | mfhmfh ... but there was also a director selling 500,000 shares more recently. No position yet for me, but waiting to see if price stabilises. | closetinvestor
21/2/2017 11:55 | Agree with above comment. Also, 'Peter Simmonds, Chairman, bought 70,000 shares in the company on the 29th November 2016 at a price of 142.00p. The Director now holds 251,500 shares.' Similar price now to the price paid by the chairman. I'm looking to top-up. | mfhmfh
21/2/2017 11:42 | Good level to enter IMO, great organic growth rate for this company, just bored holders selling up. RSI is also looking very oversold and primed for a turn at this level. | frankwhite
21/2/2017 11:35 | Thanks amen corner. Not holding at present but may get back in. | battlebus2
21/2/2017 11:31 | battlebus, looking at the individual trades, I don't reckon it's an individual seller but more likely stops getting triggered as the price drifts down. Would be nice if the company gave us a trading update; well, nice if it's a good update anyway. Should that happen with a positive update then IMO the price will rattle up quickly. | amencorner
21/2/2017 11:27 | Who is the seller at the minute?? | battlebus2
21/2/2017 11:18 | My stop was hit earlier so i am out, suspect shaken out. I'm going to wait until it calms down before reviewing. | pj 1
16/2/2017 11:40 | Looking to buy more around 150 but they wont drop the offer price to those levels, its the bid price theyre shifting down | firtashia
16/2/2017 10:45 | Can buy in size around 156.5p. | aishah
14/2/2017 15:47 | I like this bit..."Why work at D4t4 Solutions?Well, our staff retention, which is way above the industry average, should say it all! We are a technology-focused company with tech staff making up the majority. We aim for tech leaders and work with light touch effective management and processes - even our Sales staff talk tech! Established in 1985, with experience from riding the many waves of the IT journey, we are well established in the industry and here to stay. We have evolved in step with technology, into a proactive and agile company, punching well above our weight and able to provide flexible services and solutions to an impressive list of clients that others can't match. We are seeing very exciting times right now with our "All about the data" solutions very much in demand market leaders want to gain business insight from their data and we have everything they need to achieve this." | norbert colon
14/2/2017 15:43 | martinthebrave, Topping up this AM looks like a good call. With a market cap of around £60m (38m shares x 156p = £59.3m) I'm surpised that MM live from hand to mouth for a company of this size. I see the company is taking on staff: | eagle eye
14/2/2017 13:29 | eagle eye - I am no Technical expert but there was a Gap at C:150p from early December. This was filled and at the same time took out plenty of stops. It then bounced. I topped up at the bell when I realised what (I think) was going on. Should rise from here IMO. | martinthebrave
14/2/2017 08:19 | Buying This only came off because one sale of 20,000 shares caused a cascade of small sells | ggbarabajagal
14/2/2017 08:19 | ali47fish, What does that tell us? Possibly the reason why the share price fell sharply in the last hour. If this IS the reason, then maybe a temporary overhang issue which should be cleared once MM find buyers to make a profitable turn. Hopefully its nothing more than that. | eagle eye
14/2/2017 00:21 | See post 245 for earnings.Tax charge makes earnings below 10p for 2 years. Some people might not be too impressed. | geraldus
13/2/2017 23:24 | A profit warning looks unlikely unless the company isn't being straight with us. The interims sounded rosy. They showed a 44% increase in eps accompanied by this comment. "D4t4 Solutions trading remains strong and, since the start of the second half of the financial year, we are pleased to report that we have secured a number of additional contracts including one with a leading US retailer and one with a UK based insurance company." Last year's eps for the full year was 8.13p. If the second half increase in eps only just matches the 1st half increase in eps, the eps for the full year will be around the 12p mark, putting the shares on a p/e of 12. For a tech stock (with unique software apparently) that does look very very cheap. | dave2608
13/2/2017 21:20 | ali, a wise man once said: more sell; price fall. More buy; price rise. No need conclusion. Conclusion draw itself. | sheep_herder
13/2/2017 20:47 | sorry what doe all this tell us - ia looking fo a conclusion to draw if there is one? | ali47fish
13/2/2017 19:28 | It looks like it was a lumpy seller of 20K at 15.48pm. The spread was 157-164 only a minute before and the block was sold at 151.4p. A few other sellers appeared as the bid price fell away. | eagle eye
13/2/2017 17:00 | there was only a trading statement last year as they were ahead of expectations. note they didn't have one for the interims in September. | oregano
13/2/2017 16:37 | Strange, all happened in the last hour. | johnv
13/2/2017 09:05 | should be 400p a share really | larva
07/2/2017 16:35 | Some buys showing as sells. | dave2608
07/2/2017 11:52 | Buyers clattering in | larva |
