12/4/2017 08:10 | Good update - profit (ex FX) ahead of market expectations and Celebrus growing strongly - those are the things to concentrate on. | valhamos
12/4/2017 08:07 | We are delighted to report that we continue to benefit from the upward demand for our Celebrus software products and this has resulted in these sales last year growing by 48%. Celebrus software is a key offering and now accounts for 28% of Group revenue compared to 18% in the prior year. This change in our business mix has significantly benefitted our gross profit margins, with profit expected to be ahead of market expectations on this basis and further improved by the movement in foreign exchange rates. Superb | opodio
12/4/2017 08:06 | they were 200p in january | opodio
12/4/2017 08:04 | Profits 2% ahead of forecasts. They obviously had to dress up this announcement to distract away from problems. Given share price reaction they obviously did a very good job. | horndean eagle
12/4/2017 07:57 | Have to admit I'm a bit baffled by the £17.7M figure, it doesn't quite add up, but everything else is blooming marvellous so hardly worried! | revoman
12/4/2017 07:56 | Revenue down 5% for the year and 25% for H2 is definitely not great news, albeit as pointed out, clearly a result of delayed starts to projects and as such project revenue. Increase of 48% in Celebrus, the key strategic offering, however is excellent news for the mid to long term, particularly given its dual beneficial impact to gross margin. The profit forecast sounds positive, which indicates costs have been controlled tightly in H2 in addition to the improved gross margin. My guess is that the price will fluctuate today but stay around this level, (a PE of 15 if profits are circa £3.2m) until FY results are published in late June when greater detail will be available. Does anyone know what 'the market was expecting' with regard to profit forecasts for full year 2016/17? | kcr69

11/4/2017 10:48 | Well said amencorner. No news is not necessarily bad news. The small vol sales continue. | fizzypop
11/4/2017 10:43 | Issues are: 1: Top tip by SCSW in Dec 2016 that caused price to rocket by some 35% over the month 2. Many punters expected a trading update in February 17 not twigging the fact that the FY for D4t4 had been moved from April to June. 3. TU for D4t4 is usually about 5 weeks ahead of results which are estimated in ShareScope as 27/6/17 (yet to be confirmed)so we may be looking at mid-May unless the company feels obliged to comment on the recent price movements. 4. I think many punters have became stressed or bored with the lack of a TU and some small volume sales occurred. 5. The sales, and it does not take a big volume to shift the SP, then trigger stop losses as the price decreases further. What will the TU say when it finally arrives? We have to wait and see. | amencorner
11/4/2017 08:28 | Very poor share price performance. Not sure what to read into this or where the floor is. Certainly more tempted to buy though. | its the oxman

04/4/2017 17:26 | Who are these people selling at 131-135p, must be losing money. Surely we're near the capitulation / market bottom for this stock? | 100rich
29/3/2017 22:18 | thank you eagle it does help- lets hope we get some news- i will wait in hope | ali47fish
29/3/2017 17:26 | ali47fish, When a market maker clears stock, it is usually a block of shares the MM looks to trade at a price within the normal spread. '5p inside' in this case, indicates that the MM has an offer price 5p less than the next best offer of another MM. When the block of shares is cleared (sold), the offer price often gets marked up again, in line with other market makers. The problem is we don't know how big the block of shares is, or the motive behind the shares being sold. Its not an exact science. A falling price might encourage further sellers as the price gets marked down. Maybe its a buying opportunity, or maybe (as in this case) the chart suggests the stock might hit further lows. If we knew the answer to these questions, we would all have perfect market timing! Hope this helps. | eagle eye |
