Agree Yump, while they probably didn't have to tell the market about the revenue miss as they still expect to meet full year market expectations, it looks very bad to surprise the market 2 months after the half year end with such a big revenue fall.

I think the market will be very wary for some time to come

I've been watching this for a while and was thinking 120-140 was a reasonable entry point, but I don't get why there wasn't an update given the size of the revenue miss for the first half. First half end was September, so they even had 2 months after that to update the market and give out some positive noises about second half contract signing.

Not sold up, good net cash position and increase in divi are both good signs, I believe in management here. Tremendous potential for this company going forward. Private cloud technologies is the future.

You'd have thought there was a profit warning this morning with the shares at 118-123p -36p.
The market doesn't like H2 weighting (to achieve forecast £23.2m, that leaves £18.4m H2, or 20/80 weighting) but management remain confident and the cash is £4.9m.
Looks like the dust needs to settle, but L2 looking stronger on the bid.
If D4T4 gets anywhere near forecast, that will certainly wake a few people up.

It is very poor that they didnt tell us earlier. I bought some last week while management sat on that market impacting info which is not good. Surprised because todate they have normally been over cautious.

Nasty fall but fincap keep 2 quid target and dividend increased so I am inclined to believe management that its purely a timeing issue and strong growth continues.

We've known this for a few weeks karadas as it's has been on the Celebrus website since the 2nd October. For most investors this has probably gone completely under the radar.




There was a further article on 8th November.

I notice the company website has interims scheduled for December this year. No particular date but it probably explains why we haven't had a notice of results yet.
