Paint's nearly dry. Been a bit more exciting watching it than the current state of inertia on here. Come on JC, time for a Christmas present.

"Their" = Cyan. Relationship could compare to Genus and GIC - except Cyan are meter agnostic. The field of play may be a lot wider across the various states, with multiple JV's

A wealthy partner would not necessarily have any technical prowess.

At this rate, we're going to find ourselves back in the 7p's pretty soon.

It'll be interesting to see if the billionaires are happy to let the share price drop well below the 9p mark or will they attempt to prop it up.

There's a bit of an appetite for the shares ATM because you can sell 150K shares without having to go through to your broker.

Of course there's a big fundraise on the way. That's why a few on here have gone so quiet - they're sworn to secrecy.

I wonder if there'll be any 'perks' attached. The May'25 15p warrants haven't quite gone to plan. Whatever the 'perk' is, it will have to be a tad more appealing than that.

In which case they had better have some dry powder primed, otherwise it's dilution time!

These clowns in the bod seem to have a pathological fear of any investor getting ahead! (Unless they are dishing a placing out in which case it’s open season) :)

SBP, ITT: Re: FY2025 profit achievement, I am also wary. I recall (though I haven't yet checked back) that Bob made a passing comment on sustaining the H1 averaged GM going forward. .He should have some evidence, but that is at odds with my post few weeks ago, flagging the likely substantive GM adverse move, as a result of the H2 normalisation in product mix - Modules versus Software sales. .I would be delighted to be proven wrong in several months time...... DYOR!

hi ITT, I don't always believe what everyone says! Objectively (see tightfist's posts ) I believe there is ample evidence that the t/o target will be hit. Profit is a lot more nuanced and susceptible to extra unplanned expense which often does make sense for a company. Also clearly £2.5m is a thin margin. For those reasons I would accept them not quite hitting that target. Anyway f/y 2026 (starting in 4 months time) is much more important in my view. There I do expect to see a healthy profit and a re-rating of the share price once confirmed. NIAI!

Best regards SBP

Hi SBP

If JC said as recently as 08/11/24 that he was confident of meeting Bob's estimate of a £2.5M profit for FY25, why aren't you?

If you are accepting that they will hit the revenue estimate, which figure(s) in Bob's forecast differs from yours?

Thanks re NIAI.

Cheers

I am less confident on profit to be honest. I would be delighted if there is any profit. Happy if break even. NIAI - no investment advice intended.

Hi tightfist & SPB

That's great. I hope that you are both right.

How about Bob's £2.5M forecasted net profit for the FY25. Are you as confident about that figure?

Sorry, what does NIAI stand for?

Cheers

Hi ITT, re: #9387, yes I do, ACTUALLY. JC put his confidence out there on 8 November: "Given this pattern, we remain confident in meeting market expectations for FY 2025". .JC made a similar confidence statement last FY on 05.10.23, that was later borne out with a 15% Revenue forecast beat, based on what was forecast at that time (Stocko data), so it has some credibility..Independently, according to my own calcs. with very prudent rate assumptions, they already had 76% of the orders in progress to meet Indian revenue forecasts for FY2025, BEFORE the 6.5m LoA landed, with an H2 projected supply start-up. But I accept that the H1 to H2 forecast uptick is unnerving. NIAI! tightfist

How much cash have they left, March 24 £780K.... Depends on revenues and expenditure since then, AIM rule will compel them to show at YE, they have sufficient funds over next 12 months.

Crunch time soon...

Hi tightfist

Yes, but do you REALLY believe that Cyan's revenue in H2 FY25 is going to be £29M?
