Hi SBP...I had mentioned this on post 8897 after having read an article by Mark Simpson on Stockopedia in which he said Miton UK Microcap Trust had received redemption requests from shareholders amounting to 40% of the fund. He also advised that the fund held 3% in CYAN. I'm not sure how this squares with the RNS today advising Miton have reduced to 9.53% but perhaps they also hold CYAN in other funds. If so, hopefully these other funds will not have been subject to such redemption requests.

Fancy Mr Tremendously Upbeat flogging over 5 million shares. It must have been his turn.

Do whatever it takes (get the sh*te interims out unnecessarily quickly & get one of the gang to sell over 5 million shares) to drive the share price down before the usual suspects grab an even bigger chunk of the company for nothing in yet another imminent fundraise.

How many this time? Another 50M - 60M shares?

You'll need to buy yourselves another 15% - 20% of your holding to retain your share of the pie - and on it goes.

It's a grubby old business.

I expect we will see more fund Redemption pressure and Overhangs - in the circumstances Cyan has not fared too badly IMO

Cyan need to prove they are a going concern for the next 12 months at E of Y AIM rules, which means they will have to find more money from somewhere, ideas..

So if my calcs are right, Premier has disposed of 5.25m shares. I'm not sure exactly what the disclosure rules are but I think this can be done over a period and only needs declaring at the end of the disposal (can anyone clarify?). Let's hope this is the end of their reduction and, on one level, the share price has not faired too badly in the face of a 5m selloff. I think they had previously flagged that they may be forced to sell to meet requests for redemptions from the fund in the light of budget/tax changes (again I forget exact detail).

Best regards SBP

Before the end of the year is my guess. That's 2024, not the financial year end.

LF will just have to suck it up in the short term - I'm sure that he can afford it.

Agreed, IMHO do not assume yet another dilutive equity fundraising. There are other games in town, now they are reaching critical mass....

SP won't rise until the fundraise is done. In fact, I'd expect it to be driven lower before then - probably back to 9p or just under.

They've only got £2M'ish in the bank and that's not enough to execute their plan for world SM dominance.

Even if they hit their £29M-£30M revenue projection for the 2nd half of FY25, there's no guarantee that will result in a net profit for the full year. Hopeless.

Ntg, echos my thoughts pretty exactly.
I think today’s buys and sells must have been very roughly equal or it would have moved the price, but I don’t really do day to day trades etc, so what do I know!

Best regards SBP

Hi bskiny1

The trade at 08.25 for 50k at 10.19 was mine and a buy.

I was looking for more but there was a large chunk of around 500k on the offer at circa 10.30 so I left it at 50k.

I would guess we have a seller after the interims still (the 500k on the offer) and his sales have now (hopefully) been taken out by a buyer after yesterdays RNS re new NED.

Hopefully the buyer is the same i.e. the new NED!

Though I doubt that.

Or it could just be someone swapping stock around for an ISA etc.

It didn't move the share price so difficult to say which way its poised to go at this point although it looks like 10p has a lot of support and the negative posters seem to have gone so I guess they have have had their fill after the interims RNS.

I think yesterdays appt was very important, showing timing as much as anything.

I was rather surprised by people's lack of understanding of the options RNS on both boards however, unless it was all part of a plan by them!

Why would the new NED come on board for incentives only unless he was confident of getting out at at least 21p ish (which would give him £50k for a years work, albeit NED work so about right perhaps?) when his first options vest in a years time?

He wouldn't so he must have seen more than us and likes what he's seen imo.

Lets see.

Thanks nilli; Here is a link to the announcement at COP29. Intelligrid is based in the UAE and is a JV between Esyasoft and Presight:."IntelliGrid enhances the efficiency of existing energy grids and supports the transition to a smarter, more connected energy future".https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.zawya.com/en/press-release/companies-news/azerbaijans-socar-and-uaes-intelligrid-sign-a-480m-agreement-crxcsran&sa=U&sqi=2&ved=2ahUKEwivy6iPodaJAxUBWEEAHSXFJLkQ0PADKAB6BAgVEAE&usg=AOvVaw2XveLHZT6_hFXY09wc-lGR.As MB mentioned recently, one can envisage multiple dots becoming joined up.......

Good morning all :)

Thank you for sharing an excellent find nilli and looks like something positive and significant could be coming our way from Azerbaijan ! Esyasoft being involved could be very positive for us IMHO given our long and fruitful association with them and track record of CYAN and Esyasoft working together in virtually every project to date in India and the MENA region.

Nothing predicts future behaviour like past behaviour :)

At such high profile events, there is media and public expectation of signing of large deals and contracts maybe something is imminent ? Fingers crossed. This ties in with the recent RNS.

Good luck all !

Aren't we involved (tentatively perhaps) in a project in Azerbaijan? Interesting. I take it that's what your post is hinting at nilli.

#SOCAR and #IntelliGrid Partner to Implement AI-Driven Smart Gas Network.
On November 11, 2024, within the framework of #COP29, an agreement was signed between the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and IntelliGrid, powered by AI, a joint venture of Esyasoft Holding and Presight, to implement an advanced Smart Gas Network Management System across AzeriGas service areas.
The signing ceremony included Azerbaijan’s Economy Minister and SOCAR Supervisory Board Chair, Mikayil Jabbarov, and IHC’s Chief Digital Transformation Officer, Ajay Bhatia. The agreement was signed by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and IntelliGrid CEO Bipin Chandra.
The agreement leverages IntelliGrid’s AI to integrate data analytics, predictive maintenance, and real-time monitoring in SOCAR's gas distribution network, optimizing gas usage, reducing losses, and boosting operational efficiency.

Thanks SBP. In summary, Sales per Share are on a fundamental rising trajectory, GM is gently rising and overhead cost rises are tapering down. Sounds good to me..LF options are 0.7% of issued shares - what we need to witness is considerable added value!

£200k over 4 years is peanuts to get a guy with his pedigree, with the first tranche vesting in 12 months. He only gains if the price goes up ! I like dem apples

Tightfist, I missed your post 9083 earlier today, but just saw it. Many thanks for that, fair points and good balance to my post. As you say, many moving parts. Frankly so long as we are at least break even or better this year with healthy profits coming next I will be happy.

Best regards SBP.
