22/5/2017 10:08 | the above post is a reality of what could happen,in reflection cyancannode buy back shares from pi with a holding under x amount & then consolidate and issue more dilution as we know the bod are top heavy with shares and options and thier concern is for there own interests. | dreamtwister
22/5/2017 00:29 | The cheapest way to acquire IP and contracts is to let cashflow problem erupt..suspend listing...and buy IP and contracts underway off receiver....that way PI gets jack sh#t...a bit cynical but I have seen it happen time after time where directors do not have substantial shareholding | hlp_4u
21/5/2017 23:08 | fundraising by the issue of warrants to be exercised at a defined price will give the share price substance, continious dilution will lead to consolidation of which will give the share price a lift to a all time high & in the event of a t/o the bidder pays the highest share price traded over the previous 12 months.on the grounds of consolidation the share price will spike because less shares are in the market, but the share price will also retrace as the trade volumes dehydrate & the recovery could be pain full.....imho | dreamtwister
21/5/2017 13:28 | The flip side of that point is that if there are companies out there who fancy gobbling up Cyan then now is actually a pretty good time to make an approach......before the contracts roll in and/or Cyan raise their defences. It still comes back to the central question - what is the value of their IP? | emptyend
21/5/2017 11:46 | Agree with all four points....but we are still about to hits cashflow problem....my personal view is that the best TO prices are achieved by companies that have financial strength....they have the option to say no and secure the best deal. So IMHO we should bring the fundraising on asap and ensure we raise enough to fund the worst case cashflow scenario...then the financing concerns are out of the way and we can concentrate on delivering the deals....so short Cyan in ST AND GREAT GROWTH POTENTIAL LT | hlp_4u
20/5/2017 12:51 | 1,the iran election went the right way ! 2 the impeachment of forest trump will secure contracts with the western world 3 take over will have to pay the highest share price in the previous 12 months 4 time will tell ? | dreamtwister
19/5/2017 23:32 | Sorry short term target should be 0.09p | hlp_4u
19/5/2017 23:30 | This is not looking rosy. If the Iran election goes the wrong way we could find our largest contract turns into a bad debt. The change of adviser is a surefire sign that a fundraising.....larg | hlp_4u

18/5/2017 15:19 | This board would be a lot more boring if Iwax was not posting. How many dilutions, strategic partnerships and blue sky opportunities can a simple PI take, without some respite? | stav5001

18/5/2017 00:21 | tightfist there are Smart Roll Outs in Thailand with Pattaya earmarked as the first city however I do not see why they would use JST looking at their knowledge base. | knowing
17/5/2017 23:27 | Going back was there a link with Bioprogress. | daveperry
17/5/2017 13:18 | Re the IP, I suspect that one of the reasons for them saying 50% chances of winning some of the contracts is that they have more than one bidder using C's IP. That wouldn't happen if it wasn't valuable.Of course it is an open question as to how valuable it is.....but it isn't a question we'll get answered by present company on here..... | emptyend
17/5/2017 11:05 | Knowing,JST (Biggleswade) are Cyan's partner in Thailand (and surrounding countries?). They have increasingly bought-in to also become a major shareholder. That in itself is interesting; however, I don't recall any announcements about Thai business prospects. As far as I am concerned, whether they are 'in' as a knowledgable investor and/or as a local licensee remains to be seen.Others on this BB may be watching more closely.Cheers, tightfist | tightfist
17/5/2017 10:33 | Earwax, Just looked at the number of negative Cyan bashing posts you have lodged on this forum since 1st January 2017 - approximately 230, that's almost 2 a day...including Sat & Sun. Get a life!! | bilbosenior
17/5/2017 10:13 | The share price suggests they do not have valuable IP. Are we going to take out all time lows and chalk up another great achievement for this company? | lwaxf13
17/5/2017 10:08 | As I said, it is a simple question....which is helpful, given that some seem simple.... | emptyend

16/5/2017 23:11 | Lol and pray tell oh learned one what is the first law of investing in shares? Is it something like "if ye find a company that is failing throw ye all thy hard earned shackles into it for it will bring forth multiple riches. For that which goes down must go up again is a universal law. Such is the grave yard of AIM"? | lwaxf13 |
