Where are you?
Rumor has it last seen straggling to put on a pair of brown corduroy trousers as large pile of sh.t in underpants.
Roll on next announcement.

Cyan raised 450k in a placing just a few weeks ago. Seems unlikely they would need to raise more cash just now. This Iranian deal should be the game changer investors have been waiting for.

Better to get a proper link to Cantor's buy note on CYAN with a share price target of 1p+

The presentation video above in the header that duxy has included is a must watch imo and very informative especially in regards to the other deals/trials.

The Chairmans comments that the meters currently installed by clients - in effect other alternatives are limited as the technology needs to be able to talk to each other and currently they say they are actually market leaders in some of those countries they are in, so there could be much, much more to come from those countries as things progress.

Thanks also milesy for the link - eye opening to say the least imo.

I've been in Cyan since before listing and no Cyan share has ever left my family, though some have been sold after EIS and using subscribed share loss relief as an additional base price reduction have landed up either in my SIPP or through a friend with my wife. I have participated in a number of the placings including the two most recent ones except the 0.18p most recent one. While am in profit for one of them I well underwater on others.

Today has been a long overdue vindication of the proposition. At 0.3p the price was 1.3% of the listing price – painful.

I found Zengas' and others @posts helpful. I agree that the likelihood is that a predator will come calling, but probably not for some time and certainly I do not want to see it until the EIS has matured. I only need 0.6p for breakeven and leave that a takeover will probably not happen until approximately 2p. The late in the day retrenchment was no surprise and indeed it may retrench slightly more tomorrow but if we can bring off India, South Africa, Mexico and China then this could be very profitable.

Hi Duxy, thanks for the new thread and the fresh start in the CYAN chapter.

Please can you add an RNS section in the header ? TIA

Thanks Milesy...very interesting indeed if it comes to fruition as this deal could just be the tip of the iceberg. The fact that they went for a £10m deal without batting an eyelid (seems pretty nonchalant) indicates that in the grand scheme of things, this is but a drop.

One thing is for sure, this is just the start of the re-rating of CYAN and a fresh chapter in its development. The revenues should allow this to build further without more equity dilution. If we get a couple of further largish deals in quick succession, the 1p target by Finncapp will be soon achieved.
