I doubt they would be having an update if it was going to be bad news. I'm guessing it's going to be good and about how many TVs they're sold etc

Currys to upgrade 50 of its largest stores, which will see the inclusion of new categories, seasonal showcases, and a focus on “reinvigorating megastore entrance space”.
The new ranges include health and beauty, pet tech, portable power, and fitness, and its seasonal showcases will include the launch of categories such as BBQs and gardening equipment in summer; back to school tech and supplies in the autumn, and new gifting ranges and services in winter.

With AI boom we should see steady growth in AI ready laptops and phones.

I've bought in here as I'm a happy customer of ID Mobile (their mobile service using 3 ,from where I switched) and then stumbled across how cheap they seem on P/E and Price to Book when I looked on Stockopedia.Chart seems to be encouraging too!

Share price remains c.50% below pre-COVID levels – The share price is currently up over 60% compared to the undisturbed price before the recent potential bid activity, which has now fallen away. Despite this, the shares are c.50% below their pre-COVID February 2020 level. This is despite the group’s significant improved balance sheet, positive profit and upgrade momentum and increasingly optimistic outlook.  Very cheap on conventional metrics – The shares currently trade on a CY24E PER of 7.8x – a c.25% discount to the 10-year average.  Cheap relative to international peers – Looking at US and European electricals peers, Currys also trades at a significant discount. On a CY24E PER basis, the group trades at a c.25% discount to the average of large, established peers Best Buy, Ceconomy and FNAC Darty.

My South Korea tracker up a lot this morning mainly on this news - Samsung expect profits to rise 1400% mainly on AI chip etc etc...
