If the AI version of Windows does take off then Currys will probably reach £2 a share...
Eg a lot depends on the recovery in laptop sales...

If a share finishes blue, its statistically more slightly more likely to be blue again on the next trading day, then a stock that finishes red....

If the recovery does take hold I'm not sure where this will end up but it does have some potential to at least get to the TWO RECENT spikes around 80p
and for a genuine recovery £1 to £2 range (somewhere)....

Anyway that is my view.

AI compatible laptops will be a big seller soon (touchwood)

Totally agree the takeover would have been bad for the company they are basically vultures only interested in the short term and milking as much money out of the company as possible.

Glad for the staff too that it failed.

Good update.

The company is doing well without the takeover talks. The BoD were right to reject the offers.

Net don't disagree with your thesis we should not be down here it's as though the market priced wipe out and obviously we are here to stay its just that sentiment needs to change which it can do rapidly

scemer:
since Currys spent the whole of 2021 in range £1 to £1.50 and we've had 15%+ inflation since then a genuine recovery (without growth) should be a range of £1.15 and £1.75 - if it can grow a bit then could hit £2.00 (if we get "proper" recovery)....

I see at least two posters think 80p and 90p are too Conservative a recovery price..
Do I have to keep posting higher and higher values until I get a thumbs up? Or will they tell us what they think is a reasonable first target in this rally?

Thanks in advance...
