12/3/2012 21:06 | Listen this was only marked down today after the scsw sell off and had nothing to do with trading or company fundamentals. This may drip feed for a few days but the buyers will return and one piece of news could see a sharp return to 60p. As GHF says not a problem if your a long termer. Let john make his money ours will follow. | battlebus2
12/3/2012 20:19 | Which is a load of codswallop I'm afraid. | stegrego
12/3/2012 19:56 | Exactly Stegrego! | john09
12/3/2012 19:37 | I've better things to do than watch prices all day. Left limit with broker should 45p become available. Perhaps it'll fall a few more pence but trading fine, operating in growth industry in SE Asia, b/s strong, PER 6 for year ending and yielding 5% with the prospects of operational gearing kicking in and earnings accelerating once CX5 tenancies agreed for Blocks B & C. It's almost off 30% since the trading update 4-weeks ago and I reckon fall well overdone. I'll leave it to the day traders to scalp a few pennies because longer term I only see this share going one way. Regards GHF | glasshalfull
12/3/2012 19:16 | But it won't stop dropping if people don't buy and everyone waits. | stegrego
12/3/2012 19:11 | No Steg u should just wait till I'd stops dropping... | john09
12/3/2012 18:56 | Stegrego the shorters will be caught. | battlebus2
12/3/2012 18:41 | So in theory everything should fall to 0p and everyone should wait until then....?! | stegrego
12/3/2012 17:54 | Time for an announcement i think. I'd close my short position if i were you. | battlebus2
12/3/2012 17:32 | Don't make me laugh i'm sitting on a sharp edge! | battlebus2
12/3/2012 16:30 | falling knife . sorry | john09
12/3/2012 13:09 | I've been in for a few too, crazy situation given the growth in cloud computing in the fastest growing area of the world. | itchycrack
12/3/2012 12:42 | These are now off 26% since the trading statement which announced that results would be broadly in line with 6.6p EPS mooted. D/V yield will also be c.5% at the current price. I've had a few at 45p Regards GHF | glasshalfull
12/3/2012 11:36 | I do agree but never catch a falling knife there is NO floor | john09
12/3/2012 10:38 | Just added a great company with a great future shareprice. | battlebus2
12/3/2012 10:03 | Indeed. 50p went so we are into new lows with no obvious bottom. I think the killer blow was a flat EPS estimation which for an apparently high growth stock is not good news. I'll have a look in future to buy these for long term but not until th ePE is about 5 and a share price therefore of sub 40p | john09
12/3/2012 08:40 | thou speakest sooner than action shows | ukinvestor220
12/3/2012 08:11 | Bit of a storm in a teacup, as not one sell so far. Nor a markdown. SCSW investors can probably make up their own minds, as opposed to sheep that follow the likes of RHPS. | stegrego
10/3/2012 17:09 | I'll be adding on any drop and still hold my 80p target never mind SCSW. | battlebus2
10/3/2012 14:56 | Certainly won't be selling mine anyway | snape
10/3/2012 14:08 | Just to clarify the reason for SCSW selling they say "History has shown that we get one or two months of trading quietly and then things change suddenly as one company takes off like a forest fire. With that in mind, there are 2 sales and 2 additions to report this month. We don't think there is anything wrong with the two shares we have sold but, like all investors, our portfolio operates with finite funds and the sales have been made to make space" One of the companies sold is CSF - hardly a prediction of a disaster. | kenmill1
10/3/2012 11:16 | Nice contrarian indicator - good chance to top up next week then! I'm also a subscriber and have to say they've had some big howlers recently and do not influence the market as they used to. Got to be very careful with their selections IMO. | aishah
10/3/2012 10:38 | This is where I draw the line: I think it is permissible for John to tell me that a tipsheet has sold their holding (and therby to inform me why the price will be marked down Monday morning and there will be a number of sells). The reasons for the sale by the tipsheet can be considered as confidential to the tipsheet - whose name I don't need to know - and its subscribers. | orange1
10/3/2012 10:32 | Orange - I've since discovered that john09 has posted info from SCSW on a number of threads, in one case 27 minutes after the issue came out. Everyone - including MMs - are entitled to subscribe and while the information is only the publications view, for an illiquid stock such as CSFG this can have a disproportionate effect on the share price. John09's recent posts on this thread also indicate that they would like to buy into CSFG lower (all IMHO) and therefore it makes since for the poster to flag SCSWs view and this casts uncertainty into CSFGs investors. In my earlier post, my ire was with john09 posting info that i subscribe to, to all and sundry and was not company specific. Why bother subscribing to the publication if it's plasterd all over bulletin boards when only 30mins cold? I wouldn't expect RHPS, techinvest, Momentum Investor subscribers, etc, etc, to tip me the nod before having time to act. Where do you draw the line Orange? Kind regards GHF | glasshalfull |
