Funkmaster, am a bit more bullish personally. I think we are about to see a sharp move up above 110p.

I'm still erring on the side of caution. I think 95p (bid) by the end of the week would be a good result unless we have any more news from Havas & co.

so looking at todays movement my thoughts are: just over 100 at the end of the week, moving to 120 by November.

What a great way to start the week, in a month when stocks normally perform badly. Creston is the savioiur of my portfolio at the moment!

Am on BB but its behind the FT pay-wall sadly. You can sneak in though - search "David Schwartz reasons to be cheerful" on Google News search and it should get you in.

Huge spike at open, has calmed now but still a good rise regardless. Hopefully this can balance out c. 95p until we get some more news.

Nice move up already - and new recent highs - but hopefully much more to come with Havas bid interest bubbling away.

Quite right Funkmaster - your posts re Havas put the cat amongst the pigeons methinks :o))

As you say, this week could be very revealing, as if the share price starts to move rapidly we may find Havas' hand being forced a little.

(if it keeps going up like this....then it will get to 96p...the price the Creston marketing venture started at back in 2000, 12 years ago, when it moved into a cash shell !

...in any case...in hindsight ...the price of 50-60p appears to have been a valuation mistake by the market...probably because of the lay off news/costs not long before, worries that Q4 poor perf. would continue..even ignoring the Havas impact
...should have bt more at 49p !)

Just read the FT article. Made me smile. He's spotted exactly the same signs we have on here (wonder if he's seen this!). He's certainly put his reputation on the line too. Next week going to be VERY interesting. GLA.

:o))

The comments from Schwartz in today's FT guarantee movement on Monday and the rest of the week imo, ceteris paribus, and possibly quite a big move. Anyone reading the article will understand why.

David Schwartz tip again in the FT. As its the second or third time he has pushed CRE I wouldn't be expecting a big move, if any at all.

In a way I hope that 100k buy wasn't Havas, haha. Come on Aegis/WPP!

Looks like very little. I reckon we will see Havas lift stake by a % or two very soon, then we will hit 110-120p. Lots steady buys, and no problems dummy selling
