07/9/2012 09:10 | No reason why not Madengland. It's certainly interesting to see CRE continue to move up on low volumes. Not much stock around? | rivaldo
07/9/2012 08:20 | Through 90p today and to 100p next week? | madengland
06/9/2012 18:02 | Dfohare - where were CRE and NFC linked in the past? Or are you just peddling an idea? | madengland
06/9/2012 16:39 | interesting trading update from NFC this morning. they were linked with Cre in the past and maybe HAVAS does a double bid!! | dfohare
06/9/2012 11:54 | Nice on Riv, thanks. Think Cre should have some decent results November | madengland
06/9/2012 11:23 | A nice £200k win for CRE's Nelson Bostock just reported: "Salesforce Hands UK PR Account To Nelson Bostock Arun Sudhaman 05 Sep 2012 LONDON--Salesforce.c The US business software developer called the review earlier this year, as revealed by the Holmes Report. It is understood that Nelson Bostock prevailed following a pitch that featured several tech PR firms, for an account worth an estimated £200k. Salesforce.com EMEA senior PR manager Fiona Williams confirmed the decision, which comes as the company accelerates its transformation from a CRM player to a company focused on providing cloud computing solutions. Salesforce has made numerous acquisitions in recent years, including a recent $800m deal for social enterprise firm Buddy Media, and last year's purchase of social listening platform Radian6. Deals like those have helped Salesforce integrate a range of social and mobile services within its cloud-based suite of sales and business-management software. At the same time, the company has also looked to improve its consumer appeal, most notably through a high-profile Superbowl campaign." | rivaldo
06/9/2012 11:09 | The waiting game, am sure a few pi might get restless and sell a few if we do not hear anything over next few weeks. No internal news from Cre until November. But then a bid could happen tomorrow. Am employing a strategy patience. Gla | madengland
06/9/2012 09:47 | very slow couple of days | d1nny
04/9/2012 14:17 | I see the CEO of Aegis did a piece on bloomberg on 23rd talking about the fact they are extremely focussed on digital acquisistions. | madengland
04/9/2012 12:48 | Mickey mouse bid and offer prices by looks funk. Just dummy bought and sold 5k @ 87.26 and 86.26. Nice little flurry buying has pushed price up a tad, will buy later on this afternoon as its calmed down a bit by then. Still nice rise in a red market | madengland
04/9/2012 11:51 | Just dummy-sold 1k for 87.9p (current bid is 87p) - something seems afoot. | funkmasterp12
04/9/2012 11:48 | yea, something is obviously going on 202,000 share moved today, this is significantly higher than what it has been. | d1nny
04/9/2012 11:31 | Although it looks as if things are a hotting up! Rumours? | madengland
04/9/2012 11:26 | Yeah Riv agree, don't think anyone is suggesting a bid @ 110p. I think we will get there before one personally | madengland
04/9/2012 11:14 | Given 13.6p EPS forecast this year and 14.5p EPS next year - and the even better EV/EBITDA - I'd hope 110p would just be a stop-off point :o)) Havas would surely have to offer 150p+ given synergies, savings on directros' remuneration etc, and maybe even 200p with a bit of competitive bid interest. | rivaldo
04/9/2012 10:45 | 110-120, i think is about fair even without a Havas bid, | d1nny
04/9/2012 10:39 | Yeah maybe so. Still think 110p is a fair place to wait out a bid, but we shall see. Maybe Havas will move quicker. | madengland
04/9/2012 10:26 | nope afraid not, but i saw the same flurry after 2pm yesterday, so i assumed that it was linked. but there was very litte of interest on the agenda, i suspect that it is something else today thats driving the price up. | d1nny
04/9/2012 10:20 | Price wrong. Bid 85.5, offer 87. GLA | madengland
04/9/2012 10:08 | Did you go D1nny? I was not expecting anything from the AGM vis a vis Havas personally. There were a flurry buys post the end yesterday though, but only pi by the looks. | madengland
04/9/2012 09:53 | The creston AGM was yesterday, i cant see anything from the AGM that would spark huge interest. | d1nny
04/9/2012 09:43 | It's been so slow for the past few days that it may appear anyone who was out to take a profit on this has probably done so by now. Everyone else seems to be in this for the haul. One point to note, Robbie Burns starts his blog up again tomorrow and he heavily tipped Creston in July. His tips generally stir up a lot of interest so if he mentions this again tomorrow, there could be another flood of buyers coming in. | funkmasterp12
04/9/2012 09:40 | Clearly not a lot stock around. Wonder if there is a buy order out there. Am in for a few more today, we will see if it settles. I imagine word will start to get around that a bid is imminent do you think Riv? | madengland
04/9/2012 09:37 | On the move again now.... | rivaldo
04/9/2012 02:38 | And funkmaster, spot on, its what the man from havas did not say, more than what he did. | madengland |
