Buywell what debt ffs?
read the results THERE IS NOT NET DEBT!
Cashcall at 3p , don't think so somehow, even if they tried the MM would spike it 100% higher it to get it away!

Thread full of headless panicky noobs!

lamb if you look back on this thread you will see that I clearly pointed about an overhang caused by city institutions dumping LAST FRIDAY. You are late to the party dude!

The salient point here is that once RNS news hit the MM will jack up the price and sell all those shares a lot higher.
Th institutions have not said to winterfloods please sell our shares at the lowest price, please!
Until news comes and low volume yes it will be weak, but you will not be given pre-notice of news, so like I said already you take the cuts in anticipation!

Unless you have been in the market just today surely you will understand that lack of buyers today has zero relevance to anything apart from today?

Can you see the possibility of today not lasting forever?

There is the overhang, 550k and 850k sold by some city Institution wasting others money, they probably bought in the placing at x this price.

They were wrong then and I would suggest they are wrong now!

It might be 3.2p to buy but there is a huge overhang in the book most likely imo caused by an institutional investor selling out, any small sells will drop the price quick time due to the huge overhang and it will take a very long time to clear especially given the tiny volume. Speaks volumes that even at these levels there are hardly any buyers. High expansion costs over £3.5m in the last year end accounts, losses increased 3 fold in the last set of half year results, ceo and cfo quit and guidance for this year so far is poor, this is about as high risk as it gets especially with boparan waiting to pounce on the assets from liquidators once they have run out of cash, would any decent ceo want to take on the business that’s the question, so far the answer is no

it is very bad. However, it's debt-free, with an underlying profitable business. Any normal minded individual could though be forgiven for believing that at just 3.2p to buy (£3.7 mill) most if not more than all of the bad news is priced in?
With all due respect the doomsters, they would have more respect had they been posting such at 80p- 70p -60p-50p-40p-30p
The very bad judgement of the city funds buying this at over 50p and now selling at 3.2p illustrates that they know sod all and I suggest in time those sales will show to be equally poorly thought out!

Looks depressing doesn’t it! Website is awful aswell, no wonder losses increased 3 gold in the half year results dread to think what the loss for the year will be, CEO and CFO won’t have to answer for it though, looks like they jumped off the sinking ship before it’s too late

Car park good level tarmac and room for at least 11 cars (visible spaces). Nothing to put people off shopping there.

This pic from the latest factory shop opening says it all. They've lost the plot. Who'd want to drive in past this rubbish-strewn area?

The signs look awful too - off-centre and dull.
Who lets such awful pics go on their website?

The website has not been updated with our recent news so if the basic tasks are not being completed in a timely fashion what else is falling by the wayside?

Yes a massive overhang on the book, most likely caused by institutional investors selling out, still has further to fall imo as the overhang will take a very long time to shift. Highstreet is on its knees atm only the best will survive

added a few more at 3.2 , huge overhang exists but no warning will be given on RNS about new CEO so happy to take the cuts waiting!

I do recall the share price being low many years ago, then a gradual recovery before the move up to 70-80p. Not so sure it will happen again but the price now suggests no future. Tempted back in... But not worth significant exposure yet

If they leave the advertised offer at 3.7p for the rest of the day, then they will open it up at 3.25p tomorrow, creating an artificial drop on the displayed prices, as we are already at 3.23p to buy today.

actual prices are 3.06p to sell and 3.23p to buy and you can buy in size. I notice that small sell of 591 shares at 3.06p prompted them to drop the offer from 3.325p to 3.23p.

all sell trades today are small holders bailing out. One trade of £2308, all the rest below that amount.
