I am no expert on clear leisure but is it not land they are fighting over in court, They hold a first charge over the land plot owned by Mediapolis. Where are these 'string of properties' you talk about in your shameless and probably criminal ramp?

Speculation on a court case this Friday. Apparently CLP are only creditor of a string of properties worth way more than current market cap. See LSE forums for better understanding

I'd just admit you averaged down and got lucky and managed to escape with a profit

75% of those that turn up to vote on it. It does not apply to a full 75% of all shareholders.

If boparan and one or two others are the only ones that turn up to a meeting and vote in favour, then it will be a done deal, regardless of what the number of shareholders who hold through nominee accounts, that do not show up, think.

you can be fairly sure, that with a 29% holding, boparan is going to make up a high percentage of the total number of shares represented at any meeting and it is unlikely things will not go his way.

Absolutely shocking they have not announced KB as CEO. I had the privilege of working with Mark Zaleski of Webvan in America and the similarities are uncanny so it is terribly frustrating to see such opportunities missed.

Best BID showing is now down to 3.85p.
Least BID....3.50p.

Could be more selling today, given it's the last day of the tax year in which folks can crystallise their losses for their 2017/2018 CGT Return....and I guess there may be plenty of those holding CRAW.

Could be an interesting hour in the run-up to today's close.
