Is she having a laugh. If the share price going from over £4 to 1.70p is good progress I would hate to see what poor progress would bring. Where do these idiots come from?

PS If it's true kmann was buying on the way down I can only sympathise with him. Must be nursing hefty losses.

Draw no joy from that This was always going to end up badly when you buy some elses turnover Agents are a canny bunch and they save the best deals for themselves Nice work if you can get it being paid a nice tidy capital sum for past deals which are unlikley to repeat themselves She hasnt got a clue at least Belvoir were able to instantly put a figure on it on the impact

She is a disgrace at least Belvoir put a figure on it a loss of 8% gross profit .All she can say is that we look forward to working with the govt on the issue of letting fees What it also means is the prices paid by CWD for letiing agencies look even more frothy and the chance of eating into the debt pile diminished

Comprehensive trading update, within which they still can't resist adopting some meaningless babble about branches to prove how clever and forward looking they are.Sadly however the core of the update proves yet again that this is a business in steep decline, losing market share despite having bought extra distribution and put significant debt on the balance sheet.One suspects that the share price will get hammered further and that at the year-end, a dividend cut will be announced.Arrogant board and management, with no relevant experience, should be ashamed at the destruction of a once strong market leading business, and huge loss of shareholder value.

hill you said that yesterday, CWD is only 8% of my portfolio will just let these ride now and collect the dividends, if the share price did fall into the 160`s I would increase to 10%. unless the funds all started leaving in which case I would join them.

took a nice position in TALK on that big dip this morning at 186 missed 184 for a second tranch when the phone rang

hill I did trade it to start with, but always with the view of building a medium
term stake.

as part of their strategy the bod said they were taking their foot of the
gas in terms m&a Jim is expecting maybe some bargain opportunities.

I thought you had averaged out in the early 180s which will show you a reasonable 8% profit at todays prices So if branch closure was on the addenda 12 months why did they continue the expansionist policy of gobbling up other estate agents which they dramatically slammed into reverse in the summer

need to look at the bigger picture.

branch closing / restructure was being talked about by the bod 12 months back

no surprise company staying on its toes, adapting to the market.

If I had sold everything in my portfolio every time their was a dip in the share price I
would be a lot poorer now.
