Bought in today. Been waiting for this pullback. Don't really want it lower as I'm not buying on dips. Bought my full amount. See this recovering quite hard and fast. Especially as we come out of this crisis and infrastructure spending gets going. GLA

tom - I'm only adding back sales I made on the way up in the 60s.

Had way more down at 32, and (in theory) will have them all again if it gets there. But it won't.

Quite happy if it goes up or down.

Same here added to original stake, strong pull of 74p high. All that work over the past few months/ weeks gone like that. Not happy.
RSI cooled down alot to oversold nearly and I'm in for more due to bottom of the trend line being tested. Support found in every month, starting from 47p on the 17/11 with tests on 10/02, 01/02, 22/02 and today.
Long and strong.

I've added a couple of times today - 1 trade showed and 1 didn't. Go figure...

Next one - if it gets there- would be 59 on the offer.

Well played anyone who took profits and got back in. I held mine and am still nicely up. Here for the long haul. Do I wish I'd got out at 70p and bought back in today, yes. However, hindsight is easy.

I’m sitting on my hands a bit at moment, not sure about market mood right now. I’d probably be a buyer again if it were to dip back below 60, but maybe it will bounce around this level for a bit, so am not in a rush. I’m sticking with 80p end of year prediction.

And nicely played. You wouldn't be buying back in at this level?

I think the retest of 60p was always going to happen, and take a while, not just a token gesture, given how tough a resistance it was and being the placement price etc.

Bought back all I can for the moment and not be paying more than I sold them for - next ones won't be until it's 60.5 or less to buy.

I think unfortunately it was the combination of the results and surrounding narrative that wasn’t great, despite the strong recovery play here. So, when it ticked up on results day it just had to be a sell for me to lock in my gains. for what it’s worth if it were to fall much farther I’d be surprised and looking for boots to fill.

Well, it's better then the previous KIE exile's irony and sense of humour bypass...

Answered on the KIE thread. Where I am not invested, but may be - after we get some clarity on the financial position in April.

Still think this will be fine, due a re-rate at some point, whatever the trigger may be. A bit more patience.

Everyone has a different situation and trading style - as long as you keep making money and have a smile on your face then keep on doing what brings home the bacon. :o)

I often don't have the time to micromanage swing trades - I am happy to keep things simple.

I do both - keep a core holding and trade some.

Not advocating anyone else should do it, it's just that when the FTSE has not progressed in 20+ years, yet has lot of rotation daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, it makes sense (to me) to both look to the long term as an investor and take advantage of short term volatility as a swing trader.

And no reason not to do it with the same share, as long as fits the bill as a safe, cash-rich, low/nil debt, guaranteed income share on a low rating - which this does in spades.

I dont trade any share I want to hold - experience has taught me it is too easy to get caught with your pants down.

Indeed. Being a little(!) cynical, I always expect things to turn out badly (they are in fact out to get me), so I often top slice and take the view that if it goes down I will buy back lower and if it carries on up, all well and good as I still hold plenty.

In this instance, I am buying back some I sold last week (didn't sell any at 73 or so as I thought we were away yesterday, but wrong) for a fair bit less than I sold them for. Just added another 10k. Quite a swing from 73+ to 62+ in 24 hours, seems a shame just to sit there while it happens.

More than happy with that, and to add more back if the price falls to the right level. More mechanical than insightful - but it works for me, here and elsewhere.
