13/4/2021 20:48 | Darktrace going to the market in a £3b flotation. £147m turnover giving £6.5m adjusted profit. If Corero grows in 2021 by the same amount as this year of £7.2m, then we will break even or better. Darktrace value of £3b is 20 times current annualized sales. Corero market cap is about £71m on sales of £17m, a ratio of 4.2. Yes, we are still making a slight loss, but in 2 years, we should be in profit. I know these are not exactly like for like scenarios or products, but I think that either Blacktrace will be overvalued, or Corero is currently seriously undervalued. | klondykejohn

01/2/2021 12:06 | Jens Montanana owns 38%, not going to be taken over unless he decided to sell out. In view of progress made as per trading update of 19 Jan, the good time are finally arriving and I would have thought he will sit back for a while and enjoy success at last.......unless of course an offer at a high premium arrives...which is not out of the question | 25october1969
01/2/2021 11:32 | Maybe with the recurring revs it will be a takeover target? | qs99
01/2/2021 11:10 | Initially I’ve an 18p 🎯 target. Should get there easily. | battlebus2

20/1/2021 14:19 | CENKOS say BUY CNS LBITDA is expected to be in line at $1.5m. Net cash ended the period at $7.6m (+41% YoY) and we surmise that orders secured earlier in H2E followed through into cash before the year end. Delivering a 60%+ growth rate in FY20E implies Corero is operating in a sweet spot of cyber security. Growing the ARR base means financial performance becomes more predictable. These two factors should support a higher share price. BUY | battlebus2
19/1/2021 10:38 | The Juniper tie up is producing some serious results. Juniper is an $8bn mcap company. NYSE: JNPR. Nice partner to have. The H2 order intake of $13m is exceptional growth. Nice scalable technology and very much in demand in a WFH world. Looks positive long term. | gb904150 |
