Definitely feeling a strong recovery play. Not sure where the price will end but very happy with its current progress. Small trading volumes seem to be lifting it...

Thanks owenski for your in-depth post. Definitely details worth considering. As you say the market impetus seems to have pushed this along today. The chart looks amazing and I’m in for the foreseeable..

I'll admit this is starting to look interesting, but still those figures are over a 3 year period mostly. But if they can pull these on a regular basis then it looks promising. Obviously the tie up with Juniper as a vendor is paying off, also of interest is Junipers increasing position here.

Currently post recent 3.5m raise this is now a circa £22m M.cap, not profitable and I suspect it could still need another raise - but looks like Juniper support this and are happy to sub it, maybe they have good visibility over forward sales.

From their figures including GM, Op.Ex and Amortisation, I calculate a rough ball park figure north of $18m in sales required to get this to breakeven.

They sold $4.2m at the half year ended June, which was down on previous year, and so far they've announced $3.9m on top of that, year ends end of this month.

So... So far the revenue for the financial year is circa max.$8.9m, which is well down on the previous year of $10m (as some of those contracts are for 3 years it's difficult to calculate the revenue recognition, but either way - they're still loss making)

They need to clear $18m to make a profit and they're no where near that. I'll continue to watch for the moment. The share price looks like it's moving on speculation so maybe a good trade, who knows. :-)

I've taken a small position today on the back of the recent contract wins, fund raising and large position held by director.

Interesting RNS....taking up over 9% when effectively a closed shop with main shareholder having 37%...or have I missed something?

No surprises, I doubt it'll be the last fund raise either, surprised they managed it at a premium, but it's also circa 25% of current M.cap. Hefty dilution for what is still a cash burner.

What have they got since Jan. of this year, about £2.8m quids worth of contract wins in the year so far.

They're just not pulling in enough, I don't see how they'll survive without constant funding.

3 months on and they've probably got circa $4.4m cash.

Should last them till next April at most, so I'd expect a fund raise a bit before then.

Of course, since those figures, they've got a US VP remuneration to consider - gotta love these titles, I expect he'll be draining his share of the kitty. lol

Looks to me like sales uptake has fallen off a cliff with Juniper contribution going at a snails pace, meanwhile the directors do well out of this poor delivery and it looks like they'll be raising yet again at some point to cover their high operating expenses.

I still see no reason to buy this.
