08/7/2019 07:25 | M.cap @ just shy of £30m New contracts and extensions = 4 total value £770k Their announcement pipeline seems to have longer gaps between them these days, still doesn't look like this is going to be a cash producing company anytime soon. imo | owenski
24/5/2019 10:07 | I've just closed my short position here now - obviously not so hugely overpriced after the recent falls. | scantrader
17/4/2019 16:51 | Volume's perked up though | owenski
17/4/2019 16:49 | Indeed, M.cap now at 43m. Seems steep for such slow progress. | owenski
17/4/2019 16:47 | Has anyone noticed this increasing by over 40% in the last few days? | monty9
11/4/2019 09:05 | The elusive EBIT breakeven keeps getting pushed back. For such a 'must have product' I find all these security minnow companies seldom deliver. | owenski
02/4/2019 10:20 | No figures given. They need to crank out these orders quicker, will be interesting to see some numbers in results. | owenski
26/2/2019 07:10 | Cash burn at last update was 2.5m / year Good to see a larger contract but difficult to work out figures as one element is over 3 years. Need to score a lot more of these to even hit breakeven. M.cap still 37m and loss making. No doubt share price will be marked up at open. | owenski
05/1/2019 15:13 | Share price down from 42p in 2011 to current 11p, Note the market cap. up from 20m at 42p to over double at 44m and yet share price is now only 11p Just goes to show the abysmal wealth destruction of paying the wage bill year in year out by ordinary investors. Quite sobering really, and now they've recently started taking on debt to pay the wage bill, and they'll be raising again. Horrendous. | owenski
05/1/2019 13:46 | Next fund raise will bring a dose of reality here. 5p | owenski
03/1/2019 10:21 | Yes - the original forecasts (in my link above) were bad enough. | scantrader
03/1/2019 08:42 | Unbelievable valuation. They keep saying they hit breakeven and another year goes by when they don't. Looks like they've hired someone to try and ramp the sales up. Cant help wondering if this'll ever make it. 48m M.cap. Jeez. Another fund raise this year on the cards then. | owenski
19/12/2018 14:41 | Yep. Weirdly bad value imo. Look at the (negative) earnings forecasts for this year and next, despite revenue growth already factored in. | scantrader
15/10/2018 08:44 | This'll tank, lol to myself, surprised by reaction, another 2m added to m.cap and still not near breakeven. Not a stock I'd buy. | owenski
15/10/2018 07:24 | 40m M.cap, having a laugh, this'll tank. | owenski
15/10/2018 07:23 | For whatever claims CNS makes, they are not the only DDOS providers out there, seems to me in this game one has to get a move on or there are too many others fighting to sell security products and they have more in their stable than just DDOS capability. CNS momentum seems to have stalled, not convinced by this company at present. | owenski
15/10/2018 07:18 | Gonna tank today. Weren't they supposed to be profitable this year? Now it's next year? Orders seem to have dried up lately and the valuation here for the risk looks pricey imo. | owenski
06/9/2018 08:04 | They have plenty of cash it seems via todays rns. | babbler
06/9/2018 07:09 | Interesting RNS | jammytass
03/9/2018 08:53 | M.cap just over 30m. over two months since last contract announcement. This is gonna raise cash again. Looking overvalued to me at present. They need to pull in some big aggregate deals. | owenski
03/7/2018 09:12 | My issue with CNS is cash burn and the fact that it's a penny share but with an M.cap of 33m. So it's had a lot of dilution. The current share price increase is purely down to Miton upping it's stake to >15% It has yet to become cash positive and I suspect it will raise funds yet again. That being said, it's clear the business is growing and selling, will it achieve critical mass though? Of interest, on a calendar year, not FY, basis, their deals and deal size have been growing. So, for calendar year 2017 - reported RNS'ed deals totalled 3.4m with deal size often in the range of 2 - 300k. For this year - 2018 - and we are just over six months in, reported deals are already 3.7m and the smallest deal size is now 400k ( although one reported clutch of deals did have smaller sizes, the aggregate was still 1.2m) So, one can extrapolate and see where this is going. Just wondering if the current M.cap is a bit pricey for the risk that CNS still has to prove it can reach cash flow positive. | owenski
