Yes your were buying at around that level, and I congratulated you having picked such a multi-bagger, and even if you never topped sliced it, I agree with your long-term sentiments srp but it became clear that the share price had risen on fresh air as they lacked the funds to cover the buildup to long-term profitability.

Having sold what I had, I repurchased a very small amount as I advised you, and have not yet added but are looking to do so once there is clarity about the cash situation.

Contrary to your beliefs, I am a fan of the companies software.

We all are on the same side srp but I am not offended but I call a spade a spade even if I have to take losses on occasions, I say it then sell it. You may think it's strange behaviour but because others have opposite views, usually the losses are small and of course I make mistakes but one must look at the whole portfolio, and this years it not been the best but it looks like recovery is well underway, I am pleased to say.

As for setting the price of options above current levels, so they should be but in many cases it is just to provide perceived confidence to investors.

Yes doomer, I was buying then too as I was around 1p.

Still buying now, little by little all the time.

Most share options if not all are priced lower than the
share price, here it is above that shows some confidence.

Yes raise money via banks or holders once rail strikes
over.

LOL about the options, as if it a high target to hit, when you were saying what a buy the share was at 12p last year.

Far from being at dooms door, the long term prospects are fabulous without a doubt but AIM is a casino first and foremost, with companies directors using it to feather their nests, first and foremost.

Then if things go well like to wrap themselves in glorious adulation of those that like to believe they have always had the interests of their small shareholders at heart.

Let’s deal with the issues that are pressing, and cash is clearly the main one right now. Will they start paying themselves in shares, if it gets really tight?

Keep an eye on TRX and EVG and tell me if you think the are both doomed.

Well if I was that director I would start buying in the
open market to gain support for the share price.
Then it would be heads I win tails you lose.

Or not, raise money via banks if necessary and continue,as all
businesses do. Look at the jam tomorrow US stories like draftkings
for example.

Yes you do want it to fail, everywhere you go is doom.

No you are wrong srp, I do not want it to fall but I have to point out facts that you are trying to white wash.
The £853,098 was pure cash, this time they are concealing the actual cash by including receivables. Bear in mind the receivables will be increasing with the growth of the business but we do not know how long the average payment time is.
The potential is huge and it is only matter of time before it will become profitable.
You need cash to support growth and I just wish they would not try dressing up the facts as it creates uncertainty.

Just get off your high horse and tell me how they are going to continue to build the business without a lot of headroom, bar borrowing to cover the cash flow or raise a nominal amount to cover this.

The hard work is complete as the software has proved itself and now it’s all about contracts and service.
Once all the uncertainty has passed the share price will rise on every contract imo.

PS:
Who is to say that the receivable's do not include a percentage of funds that may become a bad debt or have a delayed settlement date as well?

Hopefully the rail networks will be more prepared next year:https://www.theguardian.com/business/2022/jul/19/two-uk-rail-mainlines-close-track-heat-east-coastMonitoring will be key.

You'd think that now climate change is observable and causing issues (fired around the corner from me as I type this) that the need for constant track monitoring needs to be in place by next year, which will likely be worse than this year. So hopefully we have that in our favour for the next 12 months. I imagine the LiDAR can also be used to track temperature changes in real time.

We all get it that you are so wishing crdl to fail,
making an issue about the auditor, then the results,
now the funding.

We get it, please go somewhere else.

-- Cash balance and trade receivables as at 30 June 2022 was GBP988,785, improving on the 31 March 2022 balance of GBP852,098.

What I am not happy about is they have included the trade receivables in the £988,785 balance as of 30.06.2022 -

In addition cost of sales shown as £676,000 but with Total expenses of £3,306,000 - this is all a bit smoke and mirrors for my liking.

On the other hand the increase in revenue in H2 is positive.

SRP - "As at 31 December 2021, cash balance was £935,049" they never included trade receivables on 01.02.2022 - so they do not have an increase in cash, imo they are at the bottom of the barrel.

The sooner a cash raise is done the better imo, they cannot trade themselves fast enough out of the losses imo.

Happy with those results myself, revenue up 35%, cost of sales
increase 13%, cash balances etc up from 852 to 988, near 19%.

Generated virtually as much in h2 as full year earlier.

Lets hope we can build on this and achieve a good 2023 as
mentioned by the board.

Look forward to reading through the trading update. But my money is on there being no indication of revenue split by department. I reckon most of their money coming from the Australian drone supply, rather than the track analysis service.

Yes it was the 15 July last year, so you are correct.

I do feel we will get an approach as at this price with a
six year NWR contract asx well as the US and Aus recently
is madness.

Should be 20p easily imho.

I believe we will be stuck here until there is a contract announcement with monetary details, or a complete and transparent breakdown update of revenues, which includes what areas of the operation are driving the most revenues. I don't believe they will ever provide the latter, therefore there will IMO need to be a significant contract win to start making this nudge up. IMHO
