Q3 Update - Cash balance and receivables at 31/03/22 was £852,098, EBITDA Q3 -200k, so if Q4 similar then 650k cash sounds a reasonable estimate excl capex. Running on fumes soon unless something changes...

[Edit] although they add: "We look forward with confidence and continue to target a cash positive performance in the fourth quarter."

Until there is clarity regarding Strand Hanson Limited as its Nominated and Financial Adviser, it is unlikely to attract new investors for fear of the axe falling imo. Hopefully it will not take them until July to confirm everything is in order.

The point that I am not happy with is as soon as we
land a massive six and a half year contract the share
price bellies and we have people joining the board all
of a sudden and negative news regarding advisers etc.

Yep - I guess it's just the normal process, but the possible suspension/delisting header was a bit of a shock!. Anyway now I know for next time. :-)

Cordel Group plc has announced the appointment of Strand Hanson Limited as the company’s Nominated and Financial Adviser with immediate effect. Arden Partners plc will continue to act as broker to the company.

Given the timing of the completion of the recommended takeover of Arden Partners plc, the London Stock Exchange plc has agreed that subject to initial due diligence being undertaken, Strand Hanson Limited has until 5pm on 27 July 2022 to complete its full due diligence.

There can be no guarantee on the outcome of the full due diligence and its impact on Strand Hanson Limited's decision to continue to act as nominated adviser. Accordingly, in such circumstances there is a risk that if Strand Hanson Limited does not continue to act as nominated adviser following completion of its full due diligence and the Company has not found an alternative nominated adviser, the Company's AIM securities may be suspended pursuant to AIM Rule 1. If within one month of that suspension, the Company has failed to appoint a replacement nominated adviser, the admission of its AIM securities will be cancelled.

If the shares are delisted, following the delisting, we will endeavour to provide you with a share certificate in relation to your holding, should one be issued by the company in the future.
