End of? In no RNS were "co-investors" mentioned. I don't like splitting hairs. You are now saying that the warrants issued to Align Researcch were split with "co-investors". How many exactly were issued to Align? And to the co-investors?

"As part of the Loan Facility, the Company will issue a total of 23,076,923 three-year warrants to the Lender (the "Warrants")"

From RNS dated 18th February. The lender in the RNS is defined as Align Research. So the 23,076,923 shares must have been issued to Align. Co-investors were not mentioned. Did Align have 23,076,923 shares from the warrants exercise at 1.3p and then sold some on to "co-investors" or were they given away free? I think you,on behalf of Align Research,need to clarify that. At some point Align must have had possession of the 23,076,923 shares. That's what the RNS issued by Corcel says. Are you saying they are misleading shareholders. Be careful.

We did not hold all the warrants exerciseable at 1.3p. There were co-investors.End of.

Pleases don't say I'm malicious. This is where I got the figures from:

RNS dated 14th May 2021 - Align Research holding given as 16,067,692 shares.

RNS dated 18th February 2021 - "As part of the Loan Facility, the Company will issue a total of 23,076,923 three-year warrants to the Lender (the "Warrants"). The Warrants are only exercisable when the share price per Ordinary Share is at or above £0.02 per share (a 63% premium to the current mid-price), at which point the holders can subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at £0.013 per share"

The only warrants issued at 1.3p on 18th February 2021 were to Align.

RNS dated 12th May 2021 - "The Company has received notice of the exercise of 23,076,924 warrants at an exercise price of £0.013 per share".

And

"The Company has received notice of the exercise of 23,076,924 warrants at an exercise price of £0.013 per share, for gross proceeds of £300,000. £200,000 of these proceeds have been credited to the Company's account with the balance having been netted off and utilized to repay in full the loan facility originally announced on 18 February 2021. Accordingly, the Company has issued 23,076,924 new ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company"

And

"Application is being made to AIM of London Stock Exchange for 26,123,076 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. Dealings are expected to commence on or around 18 May 2021"

RNS dated 27th May 2021 - Align Research holding of 20,067,692 shares.

The very inappropriately named "Helpfull" has been warned b4 about his lies.We never had more than 4.1%. The balance of our expsure are warrants at 2 and 2.5p. We have only been buyers of CRCL and not sold 1 share.Take heed of this malicious individuals "advice" at your peril. Ditto with "Kemche" - they are out to hurt holders not help.

Align Research should have 16,067,692 + 26,123,076 shares or 42,190,768 after the warrant exercise at 1.3p. So, shares are being sold, not bought. Mug punters beware. I suspect some people can smell an opportunity to sell after the farcical podcast. Even rmart (under an alias) is popping up on LSE. Doesn't he have 3,100,000 shares to sell? He's already offloaded 3,000,000.

This attempt by management to rekindle interest has the whiff of the Burwell rumour being true. Soothe the shock and anger of those who bought into the story. Get the same old suspects to rally the share price. Pathetic. Traders might find they have to exit with a loss by the end of the day. The share price along with sentiment is set to falter. Be careful.
