" ... All living in cuckoo land about 12.9p target .. years away"

Thanks Jailbird!

So how many years away is 12.9p: two years?

Well, from the current share price of 1.75p, that would be an 7.37 bagger in two years: a gain of well over 600%.

And that's the BEARISH (troll) view!

If that's being in "trouble", then please make it my middle name ... and first name and surname as well please.

P.S. On the subject of names, well done on choosing such an appropriate username for yourself!

"You know you wibble less when it is going up,"

The other place has been eerily quiet of late - apropos nothing of course.

Let's have the fundraising for gawd's sake.

Wobble.

Jailbird, you may find a more interested following on the other thread, someone even copied and pasted your post, they though it was so worthy....

They are a good bunch and really keen for seeing CRCL decline, many of them were posting at 1p the same useful analysis, like I say you may prefer their company.

Gosh! That valuation hasn't aged well. The 100 MW is down to 50 MW at best. The grid connection is down to 50 MW. Does that mean 50 MW is available to someone else? If so Corcel doesn't "own" the last connection available at the substation. And the "heads of agreement" might be shown up for what it is worth. Zilch. Be careful.

"CORCEL – TODAY’S MAST IPO HIGHLIGHTS VALUATION DISJOINT WITH CORCEL. REVISION OF PRICE TARGET TO 12.91P. BUY.
April 14, 2021 | Posted by admin
...
On the flexible grid solutions side, Corcel’s flagship project is the 100%-owned Burwell Project which is a 100MW (50MW of energy storage and 50MW of solar) project located outside of the town of Burwell in Cambridgeshire. Already, the land lease heads of terms are in place and the grid connection is secured. The project owns the last 100MW 132KkV connection available at the substation there and there are multiple expansion options including solar and storage. Planning could be gained here shortly making the project shovel ready, which is a pretty big inflexion point as at that stage the project could then be sold, funded or new partners could be brought in. ..."

BangBang,

If the Burwell land sale is off, that's good news, as that was the only thing holding matters up.

The commercial lease heads of terms have already been agreed with the existing landowner, so there's no reasons now why it can't be signed instantly.

You don't agree lease heads of terms unless you are happy with those terms, as there is no point.
Indeed that is the whole point of agreeing heads of terms, as it provides more certainty for both sides.

The landowner may have felt that he can get more selling later with a revenue-producing lease already in place.

This dip will soon be seen to have been a real buying opportunity, just like the last dip below 2p, as I said at the time.

I wonder if this land owner couldn't sell because there was a battery storage depot planned to be built on his land. Industrial unit and all that. I think if I laid down my millions I would want to be free of all the hoi polloi and their vans. And imagine being told there is a binding lease on the land before putting pen to paper. It would make me think twice. If the land sale has fallen through and the current landowner wants to sell then perhaps the "binding lease" will have to wait until the landowner finds a buyer willing to take the land and an industrial park off his hands. Perhaps that is what the solar "consideration" is all about? Delays. Rumours. What next? Be careful.

The Operational update was worrying. Something didn't seem quite right. Shareholders were introduced to "right sizing". 50 MW was disappeared in a flash. Solar had become a "consideration". What's the "implied valuation read-across" of that with MAST?

How does "the Company continues discussions with the landowner of the property regarding the execution of a binding option to lease"

sit with

"Corcel therefore expects the lease to be signed with the new landlord following that land transaction completing"?

Well, which is it? The former? The latter? Both? Neither? And now a rumour. What else is to be expected? Who initiated the six month delay and why? Be careful.
