It's kicked off amongst the P&D crew.

The three thieves trying to argue as to who is the least trustworthy. What a palaver!

All accusing each other of dumping first. PMSL! Couldn't happen to a nicer group of people.

And so onto the next P&D - look out for the same characters.

I do apologise. What was I thunking? This is getting to be a habit. The last time I apologised it was because I compared a warrant exercise to a cash raise in that cash is raised in exchange for the issue of shares in both cases. I was severely reprimanded by rmart (I wonder what his motivation was?). I do not seem able to learn my lessons. Again, many apologies. I should be careful.

You mean he is a P&D merchant and has always been?
Preposterous suggestion!
Just look at his entire history!

Next you will be telling me Mr random parabolic chart is one too.

From rmart "I did hold 6m now reduced to 3.1" on LSE (under a different identity).

Did you know he is selling Corcel shares?

"Next leg up about to commence. NT to buy under 50000, 2.2 to buy now"

"Just a little more patience until things really start to move. Yes we need to clear the next warrants when the share price reaches 3p to 4p then then the company will have lots more cash in the bank and will be free to move onto double figures"

"It is called building a solid foundation whist we take the share price to 10p+ and get on withe the projects."

"yes, and we will do the same before yr end imo. Just a little more patience until things really start to move. Yes we need to clear the next warrants when the share price reaches 3p to 4p then then the company will have lots more cash in the bank and will be free to move onto double figures"

All quotes from the man himself (and many similar). Did you read these pearls and decide to buy? Guess whose shares you were buying. Feel like a mug? He has over 3 million more to unload. Are you mug enough? It would be rude not to wouldn't it?

Anyone else selling whilst encouraging others to buy? Be careful.

Will we need a placing to fund the student sandwiches? He can take some pot noodles and hitch hike to site.Looking forward to the next instalment of the exploration campaign. Maybe it will involve a trip to the library?

They will sign the lease as soon as complete Southport and the PhD student reports back - then whoosh!

Let's just get the funding done for gawd's sake.

The "imminent" binding lease cannot be far off now, can it? If the prospective buyer has pulled out there is only one game in town, isn't there? Why the hold up? Did the seller of the land not want to stay around for the arrival of the battery storage project? Does he still not want to stay around? What about the land required for the solar project? Was that causing problems?

The signing of any binding lease will be an anticlimax now. It is the least to be expected. The whole "shovel ready" project will have a value of about £1,300,000. Not bad. But much lower than the comparison with Mast and touted figures of £26 million. Remember those days? Be careful.

Quick look at their recent accounts, are they not going to be needing money very soon?"

Good question to which the following may prove useful:

This only in the last 15 months:

December 2019 - £830,000 placing
April 2020 - £470,000 placing
June 2020 - £220,000 placing
October 2020 - £750,000 placing
February 2021 - £300,000 placing

And therefore one has to ask:

6 monthly "Admin costs" £493k.
Loss for the six months £526k
Cash at bank at 31 dec 2020 £180k.
Cash raised so far - squillions.

Net cash flows from operations (outflow) £536,000
Divided by six is circa £90k a month cash burn rate.

Please ignore the known liar rmart.

WTF! Where is the money?????

Can anyone tell me what comes next?

CRCL's dip this week coincided with a (misunderstood) CRCL rumour.

So Fleetwood Mac's classic LP record "Rumours" is a fitting choice to illustrate CRCL's investment credentials.

Track listing:

Side one
1. "Second Hand News" - CRCL rumours.
2. "Dreams" - Dreaming of CRCL's gigantic upside.
3. "Never Going Back Again" - CRCL's new higher trading range.
4. "Don't Stop" - CRCL's stream of positive newsflow.
5. "Go Your Own Way" - CRCL's unique hybrid business model.
6. "Songbird" - CRCL's sweet RNSes.

Side two
1. "The Chain" - Obsessive-compulsive CRCL trolls.
2. "You Make Loving Fun" - Enjoying some CRCL profits.
3. "I Don't Want to Know" - Filtering CRCL trolls.
4. "Oh Daddy" - CRCL profits funding a sugar daddy.
5. "Gold Dust Woman" - A CRCL sugar daddy's girlfriend.
