Spot on Kemche, with a budget like that both those requirements are looking good for CRCL right now. Hopefully news on that front soon.

It's all about the shovels now.
And of course the fundraising.

More from the budget, could have huge implications for the speed and ease of financing green projects.

Low-carbon investment

The chancellor announces the new national infrastructure bank will open in Leeds with £12bn capitalisation from the government.

Green projects will be supported through a green recovery bond.

The chancellor says the Treasury will reform the Bank of England’s mandate to include targeting net zero emissions, in addition to the existing 2% inflation target.

Ticking up nicely, but amazingly people can still buy at the placing price that completed yesterday.

Quite a green budget. Interesting re the capital expenditure allowing for 130% offset against profit. That is a very nice boost for capital intensive green projects. This beast may be about to stir.

Dave4545, I don’t think those who participated in the placing only a few days ago will want to sell here also, as above this is textbook movement and sentiment prior to a big move. Just my experience, time will tell.

Should have dumped all my shares when it spiked at 1.5p bid

But I'm not selling around 1.02p, at some point it will spike around 20% again and then I might sell, people are still nibbling around 1.08p on that aqse exchange here

Could be about to get interesting.

ADVFN and LSE seem to be infected by the same pre large move deramping, all part of the game and an encouraging sign.

The chart and current positioning is setting things up very well here imho, We even back tested the 100dma yesterday, could be a very strong bounce today, we are 20% away from the very recent placing price....

"When will they ever deliver anything material"

That's not really fair as they have clearly delivered a material number of shares.

Another fundraise soon? I wonder whether they can get 4 away this year.

Trying to work out what this lot have done over the last 18 months and the answer is sod all by the looks of it.

Oh I forgot, except perennial shareholder value destroyer SK has been awarded a £100k pay rise.

When will they ever deliver anything material, all talk and hot air to date.

Kermeche, that is the risk reward set up, funded, well positioned in the right sectors at the right time, genuine projects making genuine progress, but market scepticism does not believe the short term potential yet.

So the way I see it it is the risk is the chart breaking down and going back to 0.75p. (They just raised at nearly twice that...) the reward is many many multiple of that. AIMHO and I focus on exactly this type of situation, it does not always work, but we all know that....

If history is a guide then I sure it will be a stupendous success - very much like every single thing that Kaintz and Parsons have ever been involved with.

Whoosh!

Kemeche 🤣🤣🤣 they have not closed the last one yet which is at a 15% premium to the current price.

Things look perfectly poised here to me and the fact most posts are negative while the chart is still positive is a perfect set up to me. With vanadium, nickel and energy storage the centre of the green push we are staring at an open goal atm, time will tell if they fluff it.

Seems to me Kaintz and Parsons talk a good game but deliver nothing, what actual progress has been made since the new 'team' were jettisoned in after the 2.75p placing in December 2019?

Mambare - no progress
Wo Wo Gap - no progress
Energy projects, Southport - no progress, Burwell - limited progress

In all it's a sorry show, Kaintz, having worked with Andrew Bell is totally bullet proof to shareholder value destruction, recent online events talk the talk but actual delivery is non existent.

The share count has gone from 86m in December 2019 to over 300m, overheads are exceptionally high for a no revenue minnow, Kaintz awarded himself a massive pay increase and has delivered zilch.

Only 'hope' seems to be in the form of Andy Zhang who has deep pockets and has a 10% stake in Corcel, hope is he will get fed up with constant dilution and demand change.

Up-to now Corcel has simply been a trading share, buy around 1p and sell around 1.5p.

Helpfull, more the set up, lots of tired investors reamed by years of dilution. The point is that this was the Pharma sector this time last year, after years in a bear market. I lived through the 2015 commodity disaster. The main markets were fairly stable yet anyone with a commodity based portfolio got taught a fair few lessons, myself included.

It is hard to dispute the cycle has not turned for Nickel given the highs it is making daily, this will be reflected in interest here. Ignoring that, Burwell is the area with Masts IPO that will get things moving here first.

If you are a genuine holder that is tired, hope looks to be on it’s way, if you are just another indicator I look for like kreature, good to have your contribution.

AVCTA? This reminds me of Regency Mines when Parsons bought 727,273 shares at 2.75p and received over three million options as part of the Dec 2019 funding. Better times when the share price was 3p+ and there were only 87,000,0000 shares in issue. Regency held 50% of Mambare at the time before progress was made by the management reducing the 50% holding to 41%. Be careful.

You are just perfect, you do realise people start using posters like you as a buy indicator, your posting style needs to move with the times to be more effective. Anyway, thank you for being here.

With Parsons on board I cannot see this failing.

Roll on the next fundraising!

£40k with the warrants, which I am pretty certain will be exercised.

This is the dream set up for me, reminds me of AVCTA at 20p last year, unfortunately I had an average of 25p that time when the honey jar was raided at 19p, weeks later it was £2. Very happy to have an average at this placing, let’s see how the next few weeks pan out.

Always a good sign when the director buys in, certainly at a premium. Are you boys legacy holders caught with your pants down, or are you just hear to surpass sentiment for your day job? You really need to adjust your optics here, if you have not notice times are changing....

I am also expecting more fund raises from here, it is not a revenue generating business yet...

The key is this year there will be value inflection points that will allow more to be raised at a higher prices. The fact that directors are dipping their hands into the honey pot is all I need to know about the future trajectory from here.

Where in the name of bamba does ALL the money keep disappearing???

Expecting two/three further fundraisings this year if history is any guide.
