08/12/2020 21:37 | 6% of the company got traded today after their own broker Monecor announced they had sold 4.5% of the company , 9.2% of CRCL still remains with Monecor for the moment . "Broker Appointment The Company announces that Monecor (London) Ltd (trading as ETX Capital) has been appointed Sole Broker to the Company subject to a three-month transition period." With £400k in the bank end of June 2020 plus a further £750k raised you would imagine they are well capitalised . But Burwell costs/loan inc acquisition may have been around £200k and Wowo cost were £350k add to that £400k admin for the 6 months and that only leaves £200k left in the kitty. Not remotely surprised it has fallen again today , as the penny drops on this penny share. | edward hopper
08/12/2020 21:02 | Helpfull, A bit of "news richness" first to whet the appetite perhaps? A return of Bamba to help matter along? The Doc an Zak on standby. | kemche
08/12/2020 20:28 | The TR-1 holding(s) RNS dated 8th Dec 2020(today) says the threshold was crossed on the 30th Oct 2020. Cannot be so. The original Monecor of holding upto 13.62% only occurred on 2nd Nov 2020. Hate to be pernickety. Expect the broker holding to be further reduced. Are these shares the rump of the 26th October placing? Does it mean the next placing is already pencilled in? Be careful. | helpfull
08/12/2020 15:29 | News richness incoming. | kemche
07/12/2020 16:33 | RGM RNS 5th Dec 2019 "The Company has further been informed by YA II PN Ltd and Riverfort Global Capital Limited that, following the subscription for the New Loan Notes, both parties have granted an option over their interests in the New Loan Notes, totalling £729,272, to C4 Energy Ltd ("C4"), a UK incorporated private company. A small residual balance of convertible loan notes, representing £30,000 of principal, will remain payable by the Company in May 2020 on the existing convertible loan note terms, and the warrants associated with this note will remain in place under the existing terms as announced on 14 January 2019." Short term borrowing for the half year results in March read £760k where as end of year results in Dec showed that this debt had been moved to long term debt.I am guessing C4 didn't take up their option .If correct then CRCL appear to be now holding £760k of debt left over from their RGM miss adventures. | edward hopper
07/12/2020 06:31 | Confetti ahoy to welcome in 2021? Surely it has to be on the cards. No doubts talks with the Doc have already been commenced for the usual services. Rope in the Sith lord and off we go. | kemche
01/12/2020 17:03 | Now trading at a new 3 month low and the lowest the share price has been since it changed its name in an attempt to mask its past. Why have their partners sold half the asset for only £90k if its such a money spinner and why do CRCL now own 100% of something they know even less about than they do geology. Also as suspected their finals result showed £30k lease liability presumably thats ground rent for Southport pa. Equating to 3 million new shares being issued every year just to keep that story alive and spinning. When you think about it this time last year we were 0.3p before a 10-1 consolidation taking us to 3p but that was still 0-3p in old money meaning todays 1p is really 0.1p.Thats a 70% drop in share price value in less than 12 months. | edward hopper
01/12/2020 11:45 | £760,000 of new long term debt showing in their accounts that wasn't there the year before might have something to do with that statement. | edward hopper
01/12/2020 11:06 | SOUND/CORO/Echo/Nuog And now CRCL! | kemche
01/12/2020 10:35 | I'm no expert. But does it mean another cash raise? Would that be the fourth or fifth in a year? Last December there were 86,000,000 shares in issue. Now it's over 291,000,000. Be careful. | helpfull |
