01/12/2020 10:18 | Does anyone know what the following means? Material Uncertainty Relating to Going Concern We draw attention to Note 1.2 in the financial statements, which indicates that the Group is reliant on securing further financing to meet committed expenditure requirements and working capital needs. As stated in Note 1.2, these events or conditions indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The auditors have made reference to going concern within their audit report by way of a material uncertainty. | kemche

16/11/2020 18:23 | Looks like Sinom made a new unsecured loan to RMI to repay RMIs convertible loans which Sinom held. Then Sinom sold the new loan to Corcel. This effectively removes Corcels exposure to the equity upside in Wowo, and just leaves them holding RMIs unsecured debt. Wowo Woe woe. | mrzippo
16/11/2020 17:53 | Awhoa bamba! Where di raas is the money going to???? | kemche
16/11/2020 16:51 | Big news at RMI.. Synergies with Mambare pending... Value inflection point when Mining lease gets approved ? | bambos22
16/11/2020 12:10 | What's going on at WoWo? Has Sinom just loaned RMI another two million dollars? Does that mean Corcel can look forward to buying up more debt? Does Corcel own all of the debt in RMI or are they back to owning some of the debt? Crazy. | helpfull
12/11/2020 13:51 | Awhoa bamba! But as always, where in the name of bamba does ALL money disappear? | kemche

12/11/2020 11:59 | Is Monecor the largest shareholder in Corcel at present? They have 36,496,999 shares or 13.62% of the 267,910,596 shares in issue on 5th November 2020. That's before Sinom is issued with a further 23,711,018 new shares as a result of the exercise of the debt option acquisition in RMI. That will be a total of about 291,000,000 shares in issue compared to about 87,000,000 in January this year. The Monecor holdings RNS was issued on 5th November 2020 and led to a flurry of trades on that day and the day after, something like 35,000,000 shares according to ADVFN. Be careful. | helpfull
09/11/2020 10:11 | An umpteenth change of broker will be the first clue. Where is bamba? | kemche
09/11/2020 09:43 | Twitter guys. Putting valuations on Mambare and WoWo. Corcel only have a 41% of Mambare shares. And zero of WoWo. Doesn't really matter. Neither have produced any nickel. Ever. And mention of Southport. Shovels at the ready. Where are those revenues pencilled in for June this year. Trouble with pencil is that it is easily erased. And forgotten. Perhaps a more accurate guide to the share value is 1p. That was the last cash raise. And most of those were taken by the broker. Was that the plan? Be careful. | helpfull
09/11/2020 06:55 | Good summary on Twitter, poster suggests 2.9p near term. | silverspoon2009
08/11/2020 19:04 | Expecting a good week, interest is building in Corcel, get in early. | goldenshread
06/11/2020 18:58 | Delayed reporting of sales today. At least 2 x 1,000,000 and a later 3,500,000 amongst the larger. Mugs will see them as buys. There appear to be many shares to be sold. I wonder where they have come from? That 75,000,000 share placing appears to be causing trouble, even at the 1p discounted price. Are shareholders being hoodwinked? Who have the warrants gone to? Shareholders might want to ask management. Be careful. | helpfull |
