Demir were good enough to spend all that money and leave (cleanly and amicably) with the smallest of royalty arrangements. These trends are too much for them to make meaningful progress, the fact they're now gone makes it so much easier for Conroy to bring in a much bigger partner. 3.34m mk cap. Interesting times, can't help but agree with the negs though, old Conroy has been a disaster for share holders, that £1.40 to £2 plus is now becoming a pipe dream unfortunately, let's see how low will it go, at 1.4 million = 4p ish, long term low

It is indeed about "Gold",yet the so called Market was so disinterested with Gold
above $2000 you could have bought (eg) Giant Newmont at its bottom recently and watched it surge near 50% .

If Mr Conroy cannot sort Conroy Gold out when Gold is heading beyond $2500 then I would argue "sell".

Meanwhile all Micro Gold stocks with a provable Gold story should be considered,and researched,with a sensible spread of risk/Investments.

That of course is not research from any BB Poster mere opinion !!!

Some will win hugely,and some will fail,as long as you run with the winners you will be far ahead of the game-especially when the Market truly wakes up.

We shall just have to wait and see.

Conroy certainly now has a lot more to offer,but Investors do not trust Mr Conroy.
Let us see if He pulls a Rabbit out of the hat,afer saying there were several
approaches from potential Partners.

Obviously best to pay a higher price if there is any positive news,as I hold for now

Regarding Gold.

Month end nonsense playing out,as the "only" sellers of Gold are more "Paper Shorts" which will merely add to the problems of those shorts closing.

I'd say it was old Conroy who pushed them out, he got fed up waiting for them to start getting serious about mine development. The spade work is done, now time for action, the man wants some action before he hands control over, hence the hint in his previous comments, as u say. Time will tell, at least the gold price is in our favour, anything north of $2000/oz is positive

The market didn't seem to like the Demir agreement anyway. Demir seem to have been overwhelmed at the scale of it. Time for a bigger name to come on board and I don't think we will be waiting long to find out who

Does old codger Conroy already have a new JV partner lined up, he has hinted that there has been interest from third parties already.

No-one thought he had any chance of securing one in the 1st place yet attracted AAZ and then Demir who signed up.

Time will tell.

I'd rather buy a bombed out junior like this with the shares sitting around a 5 year low and the sector at the end of a 3 year bear market than a mid/major cap that could give you 10%/20% in 12+ months.

Stocks like Conroy can multi-bag in a few days if the right news comes or indeed purely on speculation.

Most lose money on AIM buying at the wrong time, chasing stocks that have already multi bagged.

Buy the lows and you will prosper, CGNR is at the lows.

You have to consider why Demir have invested in Conroy ?

They are looking for returns far far beyond What the Market currently believes.

They know they have a current Mine that can produce cash flow of circa 35000
Ounces per Year as a mere first entry into Mining.

Yet-They are looking for far-far beyond that,and so far Drilling suggests they
are on the right track.

If they get this right then what do you consider Conroy could be valued at !!?

There are no Guarantees of course- yet the possibilites are worth many Multiples
of Conroy`s current Market Value- and Yes if all comes to fruition with "potential"
of Multi-Million Ounces then it could "one day" be valued at £1 Billion.


It`s a risk reward as good as it gets in what is now a Bull run In Gold.


Nobody needs to bet their House on it.

I own Dozens of stocks like Conroy(mostly in the Canadian Precious Metal Graveyards,and some of those will rise many Multiples.

I also own BIG stocks Like Newmont,Barrick.Hoc.Fres etc etc that can also,multiply
several times over time,yet nothing like some Micro-caps valued at near 0.

Im here for 20p+ and it will happen, the Prof went to PDAC for a purpose, in a recent Karelian Diamonds interview he let slip re Conroy he has speaking to new potential JV partners for other licences in NI, if he has secured one the shares will rocket.

Remember they already have one JV partner, no-one said he could secure that one but he did.

Last gold bull run it hit 45p.
