05/6/2023 09:36 | Market Cap. 6.87M & Demir Export as partner - will start proper mining within the next 9 month. The time is getting near. Do your own research and visit. Ryan Air flights are cheap and one can do the North around Omagh / Galantis on same day plus enjoy the beautiful Sperrin mountains & Slieve Gallion | goggin
05/6/2023 08:16 | Spot on trader465, old school, but if you are going to use imperial it is 5 intersections averaging 39 inches at 0.068 ounces per tonne. Oops, slipped into metric there again.... | diamond_mountain
05/6/2023 07:54 | Trader do a little research on channel sampling before such comments. | holycow1
05/6/2023 07:42 | Don't know where you read the news from trader, but look over all the newsflow from this expedition an you will see its much more than 39 inch. The gold trend is stretched over a long distance and should not be ignored. | inthemix
05/6/2023 07:37 | Five intersections of 39 inches at avg 2.1 g/t is pathetic. Fools gold. That’s an example of why it’s massively overrated. | trader465
05/6/2023 07:24 | Further examples of why this company is massively underrated today, expect a buyout eventually and a huge rerate. | inthemix

21/5/2023 20:20 | Just leave out the "so" and you have got it | luffness
21/5/2023 18:36 | AAZ as a fallback? I don't think so. | diamond_mountain
20/5/2023 21:51 | Well both announced on the same day but clearly cgnr kept aaz as a fallback while agreeing things with Demir. | luffness
20/5/2023 14:15 | All on the same day? I don't think so! | diamond_mountain
20/5/2023 12:29 | Or the reality which is cgnr ended discussions with aaz who wouldn't pay for everything to go with Demir who would | luffness
20/5/2023 09:00 | Of course AAZ walked. | diamond_mountain
19/5/2023 14:56 | At an AGM sometime around 2013/2014 ( can't remember exactly when it was ), CONroy was talking (with a lot of pathos) about how wonderful it would be for them to start production in 2016.....100 years on from the 1916 Rising............an He was apparently having a laugh......and they are still having a laugh....just think of all the directors' fees that have been pocketed in the meantime......ah.... | thecynical1
19/5/2023 14:36 | AAZ didn't walk away, Demir came with a much better deal (and what an amazing deal it is) so AAZ were told thanks but cheerio | robemy
19/5/2023 14:28 | I agree it's caveat emptor, that's why Demir are spending proper money firming up what they see as a lucrative opportunity. Let's face it £250k is hardly a commitment for this type of activity. AAZ didn't exactly get behind it so I wouldn't read anything into that. | banzai5
19/5/2023 13:16 | AAZ are certainly not "gold fools" and plainly thought it worth investing £250k in investigating this 'opportunity' and decided it wasn't worth the candle. Thus to my mind it's a caveat emptor, and certainly not "bitter". But anyone speculating on this stock, is doing just that, speculating. It would be good to see it come good after something like 20 years of flirting it's skirts at the market, with gold just around the corner, every time the old chap see's the bills mounting up. | lefrene
19/5/2023 12:22 | Demir are gold fools? I don't get that such a successful outfit would be in a field in Ireland chasing rainbows. They are there, with their own cash, because they believe it will be worthwhile in gold and financial terms.Hope we have a sunshine summer with a steady newsflow of great results. Time will tell. GLA. | banzai5
19/5/2023 11:15 | I noticed how careful he was with his words, such that someone unfamiliar with his modus operandi, might conclude that a mine would begin construction late this year. To be fair he's still game at his age! I doubt that AAZ have the least regrets in walking away from it, even if they did have to spend circa £250k kicking the tyres! That tells you all you need to know about this particular rainbow's end. | lefrene
19/5/2023 10:44 | He only mentions “plans” by end of year, ie not a mine by end of year. How many years does it take to get all the required permits, perhaps 5? How many years to build a mine perhaps 3? How much cash will it cost? Where is the cash going to come from? CGNR is fools gold story. | trader465
19/5/2023 10:37 | Reminds me of an old ad for Mr Kipling's cakes.........ԅ | thecynical1
19/5/2023 10:36 | "a mine by the end of the year"? Which year? 🤣🤣 | thecynical1
19/5/2023 07:44 | The senile old man has been talking about “plans” for a mine for 20 years! Where is the cash going to come from? Current assets are €1.3m, where is the cash going to come from to pay the current liabilities of €3.7m? Placings? | trader465
18/5/2023 20:41 | Here is the interview, Conroy talks about plans for a mine by year end. | goldenshread |
