I genuinely cannot believe they're still getting away with it. My 2013 investment would now buy me a Big Mac Meal if I borrowed a few shillings from somebody.

Can someone explain how the clever old man is going to pay net current liabilities of €3,583,837 with cash and equivalents of €961,406?

€2113,516 of those liabilities are due before 30th November 2023, or it’s curtains for CGNR

How’s the clever ole man going to get around this little problem?

£400k placing at 13.5p but interestingly all the stock has gone to just two individuals + some shares to the PR company, that shall we say, know how to pump !

All placing stock locked in until December.

A JORC is a report done by a competent person in a smart suit

Im sure Demir have access to plenty of them.So why has the current outdated JORC not been updated?
With the 2018 Clontibret 1700m drilling programme with excellent results, the DD drilling, Corcaskea continuation...theres sufficient evidence to justify an upgrade...whatever figure that upgrade would be.
So why have they not done one? I
dont know, cost?

Conroy know its there, obviously Demir know its there...and the JV terms (or buy out) have/could been agreed accordingly...imo

@holycow1 The fact CGNR haven't updated their resource since 2012 (2017 actually) as listed on the Project's web page is on them, not me. And indicated is normally counted to a valuation, not inferred (which means exactly what it says - indicated, we can show it, inferred, we only think it). So 320,000 it is, not 4M, 8M or even 20M.

They'll keep getting waivers on the loans just like every year and for some reason the auditor will keep signing off.
