Perhaps a man who is prepared to invest 27% of a company total value AROUND 1MILLION and lets be honest is clearly no fool!!
Knows or believes in this concept but has a different point of view how's its run.
Has he ever questioned the fact weather or not GOLD HAS BEEN DISCOVERED???

awful behaviour
if the board and Secy felt they had insufficient info on proposed directors
a,how could they suggest voting against them
b, why not ask them for more info
c,the NOMAD had a very detailed questionnaire on each..had to
hard to believe the directors did not talk to the NOMAD
fortunes being spent on worthless actions

Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (AIM: CGNR; ESM: CGNR.I), the gold exploration and development company focused on Ireland and Finland, notes that the High Court in Dublin has today commenced hearing the case brought by Mr O'Sullivan in which he claims that he and his nominees were appointed to the board of directors of the Company at the Company's EGM held on 4 August 2017, the hearing is to continue tomorrow.

Compare and contrast....... DALR measured and indicated resources....... With CGNR's resources..... Compare also grades......... Development stage...... Why is O'Sullivan so keen to get this under his control.....? What does he know that we don't? As far as anyone who can think straight is concerned, statements from Conroy regarding timelines should be leading to the conclusion that all statements about "potential" are nothing more than a load of you know what. Just my opinion.

I wonder what arrangements were put in place in relation to final / departure payments to long-serving directors.....

I do think there will be means to finance for Clontibret within next few weeks. As for S Fitz, I agree given who he is, I have been very disappointed So far in his lack of input. I expected more

Ok kevj2....??? I don't wish to cause you any further confusion so I will leave you to it. If I was you I would just ignore me if you can and try not to get fixated on me. You appear to keep becoming bitter at me all the time and I would prefer that not to consume you. That will eat you up man! Try not to get so judgemental and rude to posters. There are many other posters here that I may not always agree with but I respect their posts. To those other posters, if court rules in favour of Conroy on 14th, then I suspect large financial backing ready to roll. So ironically the issue and the profs hand will have been forced by all this rebellion. I wish the whole distraction never happened as it was unnecessary. I believe just set back "plan execution " by a few months from a financial backer point of view. Next two weeks will be interesting.
