23/8/2017 19:36 | Bageo....? That would be a successful JV....... LOL! | thecynical1
23/8/2017 19:18 | Karelian are announcing a new JV for the gold! (with Conroy) Conroy will have a diamond JV with Karelian. About as likely as any other JV talked about on here. | bageo
23/8/2017 19:08 | I think were going to have to read this made-up bs of a jv all over again. Just like the last 5 or 6 times. | kevjones2
23/8/2017 18:19 | G5: What you don´t get is that prof Conroy is himself the problem wrt jv or any other deal. There IS interest in CGNR licenses but not with him onboard. Your faith and belief in prof Conroy is strong but, critically, it is also blind. If you care to call or skypecall, just let me know and I will give you the details. | 4marlin
23/8/2017 16:56 | O Sullivan cannot be told, as they are would not be allowed to tell him. If he was a director he would know, but he is not. Just my opinion on what's going on. | goldeneye5
23/8/2017 16:46 | great if true but osullivan would have to be be told no deal can be done without him no new shares can be issued so cant be true | resourceful
23/8/2017 16:37 | Reading between the lines, I would expect a joint venture with a big player may be lined up and ready to be announced. However perhaps terms agreed are not what the prof ultimately wanted, however still very good. Maybe the jv partner wants 3 or 4 directors on board and these are the proposed directors mentioned. O Sullivan could be delaying all this. If all this has forced the profs hand, then o sullivan needs to know when to back away and not take it so personally..... he is getting a bit big for his boots, and if he doesn't, this could reflect very badly on him. | goldeneye5
23/8/2017 15:59 | He is not fit to even be a director let alone chairman. | 4marlin
23/8/2017 15:57 | FF....? Politics? What deal has the prof lined up and with what company? I presume O Sullivan cannot be told, just like all of us here. That's a pity as o sullivan may now be delaying the news of a deal which he and all shareholders have waited so long for. The irony of it. O Sullivan needs to pause and think on it a little. He needs to realize that any deal on the table may not be a deal that another party would be willing to do with him. | goldeneye5
23/8/2017 15:24 | well then he calls another EGM and crosses ts and dots is the average non FF punter must be disgusted at the power play by the Chairman | resourceful
23/8/2017 15:16 | Don't presume he will win high court challenge. | goldeneye5
23/8/2017 15:11 | how can osullivan not win he has a majority of the votes | resourceful
23/8/2017 12:14 | Resourceful..... How long have they been at this??????? Bit more than 8 years...... | thecynical1
23/8/2017 11:00 | I wouldn't be so sure O Sullivan will win! | goldeneye5
23/8/2017 09:47 | none the money has gone on overhead rather than in the ground but be fair most junior explorers have been the same for he past 8 years | resourceful
23/8/2017 08:32 | Sorry... I meant trough | thecynical1
23/8/2017 08:31 | Resourceful. ? How much cash do you think is left? With or without court costs, there cannot be much cash in the till.... As I am sure that pension contributions and fees are paid up to date | thecynical1
23/8/2017 08:16 | the court thinks there is a case to answer if conroy loses and the co has to pay all costs it will be a phyric victory for O sullivan inherit a bankrupt co | resourceful
23/8/2017 08:02 | and there you have it - spot on. | 4marlin
23/8/2017 07:37 | I disagree. The Prof wants to mine gold more than anyone. He just lacks the wherewithal. In that he only has himself to blame. He refuses to cede control on terms likely to be acceptable to a partner. A legacy perhaps of Conroy Petroleum and Galmoy? | ad1967mc
22/8/2017 20:50 | The same deluded ramping drivel for years supporting the same bod for years who have destroyed shareholders' investments for years. The dogs on the street know well that there's gold to be mined. The problem is the pig-greedy bod have no incentive to get the gold out of the ground. In fact, as long as they have some deluded shareholders to encourage naive people to invest in CGNR and keep the gravy train going the bod have an incentive to NOT mine the gold. Lol. | kevjones2
22/8/2017 19:02 | Come to think of it, you'd probably needed to have been done crytal to have that kind of hallucination... :) | thecynical1
22/8/2017 18:59 | Don't worry mate, my tongue was very deeply embedded into my cheek. | cornishtrader1000
22/8/2017 18:56 | You have to hand it to O'Sullivan.... He is putting his money where his mouth is..... High Court hearings don't come cheap..... | thecynical1 |
