With the open questions I am not saying that would we happen. They refer to a possible plan B if we can't buy the cooperative's land at this stage. Just a lateral thinking exercise. Gla

I keep hearing from different sources the same messages I said before, Explotec is involved, we are negotiating with calibre. Open questions? What would we need to do to keep artisanal miners working (no buying their land), and obtain the finance to build the mine? Why has cnr increased the depth of the drilling from 35m to 70m (source national tv video with Nicaraguan top boss)? Is tunnelling the answer to both questions? Assisted by toll mining, would it be possible to obtain finance for a small second hand plant without owning all the land but tunneling instead + small pits ? In my opinion, in the future when the jobs are created, it would be easier to buy the cooperative's land. All very exciting in the short and long term. gla

from another Nicaraguan explorer today update: two months for preliminary results The drilling program is revealing soil and laterite cover of up to about 40 meters depth in some cases and so we are currently exploring options for RAB/RC drilling later in the year. The drilling at Caribe is technically difficult, but our main frustration just now relates to the laboratories and the turnaround-time for drilling results. In some cases it is now up to TWO-MONTHS before we receive preliminary gold analyses. We again appeal for your patience in regards to news flow!

I am not certain but don’t think the exercise of warrants by Directors would be subject to price sensitive news restrictions. The warrants expire in February and I am sure they could exercise them before expiry even if they were in possession of price sensitive information at that point.

Yes good to see. That’s the 4th exercise of warrants and options since 23/12/20. The last operational news was on 16/12/20 so it would be good to have some drilling news perhaps as the first operational news of 2021.

50% of the 40p Warrants shall be subject to an accelerated exercise period if the closing mid-market price of the ordinary shares on AIM is more than 55p for 10 consecutive trading days.Guessing the holders don't want that yet.

I am also surprised that we didn’t move above 55p last week. I also agree that the gold price shouldn’t be an issue but unfortunately all gold stock seem to be affected by the gold price. Some news would be good this week to get it moving north again.
