I am a holder but I think it is important to be realistic. IMO, there is too much hope of very near term boost on this board, which is at odds with recent achievements.

Read recent presentations and the short term objectives. Note that most are in terms of activities, not outcomes and have vague timelines. Note how few of the 2020 year end objectives were achieved.

To the matter of the moment, ask yourself how long it is going to take to drill 4000m if it takes 6 weeks to deliver 220m, even if the rig announced on December 7 as going to Mestiza is now going to La India.

Consider that the main purpose of the drilling is to produce a mine plan which is a prerequisite of production, most importantly of toll milling. Is it really likely that Calibre will conclude an agreement in advance of a mine plan? and for it to be announced any day now? And, at the same time announce a detailed and credible plan to first gold?

There is a yawning gap between the potential of this project (which is why I am here) and the current share price. This reflects the market's discount on what management says it will achieve in light of it's persistent underperformance. The market buys stories of potential only if there is a route to realise it with known milestones which are achieved on time. Does CNR really qualify?

Sparks are flying over at Oriele Resources. Their share price is re-rating fast.

Hopefully Mark will have his assay results from the 6 completed drill holes before his presentation on 28/1/21. They should give a good indication of what to expect from the rest of the drilling.
It is highly likely further RNS’s will land at anytime on the other pending issues. Now The drilling is in full swing what we ideally need to set the share price on fire is a Toll mining agreement. If Mark can sort that we will be £1+ very quickly. Also yesterday’s note reminds us a bid at £1.50+ could land at anytime and each item of news brings that ever closer.

My guess is that Mark wants to keep the powder dry and report the deeper drilling directly together with the results, in case they are good. If they are not good, he doesnt have to report them. I think its a wise and conservative approach.

True
But it gives wrong impression on the speed of works
It is no the same to drill 6 cores at 35m than at 70m

What about all the drilling done with the smaller rig (to 50m for the building of foundations) that left last weekend? So rns is incomplete
Why? Due error or deliberate omission

From a legal and logical standpoint, when you in fact drilled to 70 m, but you are stating in RNS that you drilled to 35 m, this statement is true, because you indeed drilled to 35 m (and then continued, which you can report in your next RNS if you wish).

The RNS like any RNS is from the HQ and as always approved by a number of parties, not least the CEO.

book5, it is important to remember that the RNS MUST legally be accurate. So whilst you may not wish to give it credibility because it discredits the local sources, it is in fact the ONLY accurate source of information as far as the market is concerned. What someone says on TV or any other means is simply speculation.

The initial rise has after 30 minutes ended down 1% after 21 trades and volume of 96000.
Encouraging to note in early trades someone paid just under 59p.

Good RNS this morning confirming progress on the drilling and that the pace is being increased with the second rig. When the results are in it seems they should confirm more gold and in higher classes of certainty. This type of information has been very well received by the market at other companies lately not least GGP. Progress towards 5 million ozs will be very good news.

Why would the locals say to 70m (source nicaraguan CEO on TV,.... ) , and the rns to 35m?
Low number of drills so far (6) suggest they went deeper?
If 35m deep
4000/35=114 drills,... 108 more to go.

If 70m deep
4000/70=57, then 51 more to go

I believe Rns is not accurate

should rns have updated on drilling campaign of site investigations works to build the mine.

I believe rns is not complete

BAD rns

1airbag, your previous complaint about our weak share price is entirely due to traders selling. They probably bought low at around 40p and sold at 55p. When people sell, the share price goes down and when people buy, the share price goes up. It's as simple as that.

Nothing has changed with CNR, which is transitioning from Explorer/Discover into a Producer, which is why I bought in the first place. It sits very nicely with my other gold and silver miners, explorers and developers.
